Today I had an awful situation. When I came to the store I went straight to the ladies bathroom. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, a guy who work there left the ladies bathroom without saying anything. I’m almost 8 months pregnant and the waiting was awful on its own, even worst when that employee got out of the LADIES bathroom!!! i never complaint on anything but today i had too. hope that never happens again

Each time I shop here and do self checkout, here comes the lady standing and hovering. If we have to do your job, please do not come in my space worried about whether I'm trying to steal, it's so disrespectful. Open your registers and do the jobs you are hired for, or leave us alone.

Visited this location last week, as a single mother working full time, I still require EBT and $100 dollar fruit and vegetables assistance card each month for my 4 year old. When I visited this location I grabbed $45 dollars worth of fruit for my child and some other groceries. On check out I was using self service, I ran my fruit card and it took off the $45 dollars then I couldn't swipe my EBT for the rest of my items. The girl on self check out seemed annoyed and canceled out my transaction. And ran my EBT card at her station. Causing me to be double charged. I lost $45 of fruit for my daughter, and $45 of EBT for food. I'm so upset im really struggling as it is this is a HUGE mistake. Please train staff to be more careful and not judge people who need assistance. As I said I work hard, and now we have 9 days with no food credit till the end of the month.

I really wanted to give dug another chance at this location, but they really don't care. They always mark my items (unfortunately the ones I need the most) as out of stock , and I always have to go back to the store to get those items and literally I found everything; (and i saw a dug clerk getting ready another other and they were literally throwing out the items in their carriage thing, they dont give a ef) and I always set my order for pick up at least one day before, so they can have time to get the items.

Mice eating all the bread and foods droppings in the aisles.Raw chicken being placed in the hot cases. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 mins up the Road to big Y if not for your health for the safety of your family and the town this place is an actual food safety violation that should be condemned.

This store definitely has an infestation of mice or rats. I bought something two month ago that had some holes in it thought nothing of it but was sketched out threw it away after eating half a bag of smartfood before I noticed it was two pin holes yuck ?. Luckily didn't get sick.So this loaf of bread was the final straw for me that I found while shopping I ended up leaving the store and never coming back this was a month ago. I thought everyone should know especially if you have young children *don't shop here*

I regret to inform you that my overall experience was far from satisfactory and has left a lasting negative impression on both myself and my family.On our visit to your store, my wife and children were stopped by the store manager, who proceeded to subject them to unnecessary and intrusive questioning. Not only did this invasion of privacy make us feel uncomfortable, but it also caused my wife to become extremely upset and eventually reduced her to tears.As a concerned customer and a family-oriented individual, I strongly believe that a grocery store should be a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patrons.
