We have purchased a few appliances from Sam’s in the past year and half. Their price and service are hands down the best. Would not going anywhere else
Today we used their repair service for our dishwasher (not purchased at Sam’s). Figured we need a new one. The technician was terrific fixed the problem at a reasonable price and explained to us what we could do to avoid the problem in the future. Thank you Juan and Sam’s. The best!!

Juan is a rockstar. He came out to the house last Tues, diagnosed my Speed Queen washer belt tensioner issue and actually had the parts in stock! I was very impressed with how nicely his truck was organized and with his knowledge and personality. We will never use a big box store again. See you soon for a new dishwasher.

Great experience ordering a Weber! We visited on a Saturday and they had a few top sellers on display with a large board of others they offer to assemble and deliver. While we were there I overheard a woman explaining she needed assistance with an appliance she previously purchased and they said they’d be at her door within the hour to take a look which shows impressive customer service. They were able to deliver the assembled grill on Monday and take the old one away all included in the grill purchase price. This was a much better experience than purchasing at one of the “big box stores” especially when prices are exactly the same.

Got a dw from them and it has never worked correctly. The owner said I was using the wrong detergent then reluctantly came out and said it was clogged. I don’t think it was ever installed correctly. I wouldn’t call them back because the owner was so rude on the phone after paying over $700. it’s now leaking all over the basement. Would not buy from them again . Poor customer service
