Great experience. I showed up 25 mins late to my appt due to traffic - they could have easily turned me away since it was the end of the day but they didn’t. They were very kind when I showed up and took me right in and finished my windshield replacement very fast! Excellent job.

Schedule to get my window fix only for when the date to finally come in they call saying I’d have to reschedule to a further date due to not having the parts to put my window in. Customer service skills piss poor and waited until Saturday morning the morning of the appointment to call. Did no try to get my window from another shop or warehouse and of course there aren’t any immediate dates. Definitely better off seeing a local shop because paying safelite premium for a window does not come with premium service just a premium bill. All and all got my window done cheaper and faster no thanks to safelite.

Avoid this location. They scratched my new car while repairing a crack in a windshield. They refused to take responsibility for the scratch and did nothing to fix it. Steve was especially rude. If you don’t want any extra trouble and expenses avoid these guys.

These people need to be held accountable for the unproffessional lame excuses every time. No one cares at this company. Another big company who only cares about money, not the customer

I would review this with zero stars if I could. While my insurance covered the entire cost and the recalibration of my window repair this location left my vehicle after hours, unlocked with the keys in the seat with no notification to myself or my husband about the status of my vehicle.
They had assumed it was going to be picked up or they just didn't care. But to leave a vehicle unlocked with keys and seat for theft of opportunity with no communication is unacceptable.
The only way I knew my vehicle was left outside of their facility unlocked was because my car comes with an app to be able to see the status. When I try to lock it remotely, it said it couldn't because a fob was detected. I tried calling and got the after hours customer service and which the only course of action was for me to drive a half an hour to go check on the status of my vehicle. Hoping that it wasn't sitting outside unlocked. Sadly, it was.
I do not recommend this location to anyone they do not care about the safety in the security of your vehicle .

My experience at Safelite was excellent. Although they were fully booked when I stopped by the day before my appointment, I mentioned to Mike, the store manager, that he could inform me if any slots opened up. Later that evening, he called to offer an early appointment, which was greatly appreciated. Upon inspection, I noticed water on the driver's side floor, causing concern for a potential larger issue beyond the stone chip repair I had scheduled for the windshield. Mike, the Manager, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, explaining possible causes such as worn plugs or improperly sealed side trims from a previous repair. He assured me that replacing the windshield would resolve the issue. True to his word, the technician, also named Mike, successfully addressed the leak. I now have full confidence in the expertise and professionalism of both individuals. For a pleasant and effective auto glass experience, I highly recommend choosing this Safelite location for quality assurance over other shops.

Had a chip in my windshield. They did a Structural Repair. You can still see the spot but was able to get a new inspection sticker.
