Unhelpful staff recommended I purchase a car wash package in order to vacuum my car.
Both kiosks I saw were broken or frozen.

They should be embarrassed out of 17 vacuums 4 work. The brushes are so badly in need of replacement in the touch wash. I refuse to bring my car through it. The only touch I go through is in Wall 20 minutes out of my way Walpole . The Norwood touchless wash is an absolute waste of time going through it doesn’t even clean nor dry the car. A year ago the service was much better. I don’t know what’s happened. Time to search for another car wash company.

ROJO's vacuum station seems elaborate, but every time I visit it seems like there are problems with either the vacuum system not working or the payment system not working. Seems odd that they've spent so much money putting in the system and they don't maintain it!

The maintenance and upkeep at this car wash is awful. Overall super frustrating when you're a monthly customer and things are messed up frequently. I'm not going to complain every time something isn't working properly as nobody has the time nor desire to make a complaint that often.
It's incredibly rare for everything to be functioning properly at this car wash. There's always something not working right. The tunnel rarely had all sections working 100%. There might be no soap, there might be no wax, the cloths might not even move and just drag over your car, the undercarriage spray rarely worked, etc.
The frequency of the touch less bays being down was incredibly high as well. It's not because some customer broke them, they just stopped working properly and they closed it.
I'd say on average maybe 2/3 of the vacuums would be working properly.
I've been a monthly customers at other places and none of them have been anywhere near as inconsistent as this Rojos location.

Very shady to have a spin the wheel contest win for a month’s wash then require signing a 3 month contract when the person goes to the shop to redeem. Bait and switch.

I go here because it is close to home. I like my car at least rinsed which is what you get sometimes. Can go daily. I pay $39.99/month.
1.The 2 bays they have available are rarely both functioning/open at the same time.
2. Needing to call for assistance because the camera doesn’t capture the license plate
3. Dryer not always functioning properly
4. Vacuum doesn’t always work as it should.
Will be rethinking continuing they monthly fee

The 24 hour touch less car wash is good, but only when it works and there isn't a 30 minute line. I wish they would be able to keep up with maintenance and keep both wash bays functional. Half the time I'm in and out in 5 minutes, and the other half of the time it takes me more than 20 minutes, sometimes more than half an hour to get a car wash.

Ive been using rojos for years- the new pump layout is cool- except everyone seems to have forgotten its a one way, and now trucks cant make the turn out of the car wash.
Also, the new wash bay, is just lipstick on a pig, the hoses are shorter, so now you cant get out of the way of the stream so youre covered in chemicals, cant properly get all the way around a truck.
Oh- and neither the wash bay or the auto wash actually clean the vehicle. Never have..
I spent 30 mins in the wash bay. Highpressure soap, then used the bug cleaner- which has almost no pressure behind it and didnt remove any of the bugs at all, then layered on a heavy coat of triple foam, then rinsed with highpressure soap, then clean rinsed… i was covered in soap and big cleaner.. then went over to the lazer wash i paid $28 for couldnt make full use of the dryer because of other cars at the pump.
Pull out to the back lot to look at the truck, and its still completely dirty… so i paid $28 for the diamond wash and then 30 mins of wash bay to have a dirty vehicle..
This isnt the first time either, this happens everytime … its just not worth it.. wash your car at home.

Do not fall for the unlimited car wash scam I pay a monthly fee and I can't even get my car wash every other day The machine is broken the card reader doesn't work The plate reader doesn't work people cut you off in front of the line it is the most ridiculous you would think this place that has three car washes and each car wash charges different prices because of the area you would think they have money to fix things what a scam run do not walk run

I have had monthly subscriptions for multiple cars for several years. Over the last 6 months the service level has deteriorated substantially. In the tunnel they almost never brush off the back of the SUV anymore (which means it will not come out clean) - and when I ask specifically they grudgingly do a bogus job. Clearly a staffing issue. One of the bays where the car is stationary is frequently down resulting in unacceptable wait times. This is not occasional - but a regular issue. Vacuums need love - sometimes less than 50% are functioning and those that do have broken hoses and other issues. I get the new car wash model - sell lots of subscriptions and staff very thinly. Rojo has gone overboard and needs to have adequate staff so the equipment stays in service and cars get cleaned. I have submitted comments directly to them without any response…
Edit: I note the wash’s response which is a recurring theme in their comments. They fail to recognize that they need to meet reasonable downtime standards - and having the laser wash and vacuums down 30-40% of the time is not reasonable (goal should be under 10%!) and suggests a lack of routine and preventative maintenance.
