I was traveling 300 miles from home and experiencing an issue with my Mini Cooper. Despite being booked solid, John and Alan found a way to help me out and the journey continued. The team was big hearted, honest, and friendly and I would certainly recommend them.

Revolution wants the car owner to feel respected and the team of professionals that work at Revolution are superior. I had several problems with my car and the mechanics worked overtime to get the work done correctly. They even took my suggestion to reach out to the dealer to collaborate, yes it work! The loaner program is amazing, drop your car off and drive away in a Mercedies or BMW. John and Chris are your customer service agents, always patient and keep you posted on your car by email or texts. The 3 year warrenty, WOW! So, you want fair prices, way better than the dealer, go to Revolution! Thanks so much!

Now that I have my Pre-owned Q-3, it will be perfectly maintained with Revolution! Service by professionals and you can't beat there Loaners, drive away in a perfectly maintained , Mercedes, BMW or Audi.

My experience as a new customer was excellent. Allan was very detail oriented during my check in and reviewed the items I wanted addressed on my Mercedes SUV. He did call me after the vehicle was checked and prioritized the work to be done.
I subsequently received a call from Chris that the vehicle was ready a day earlier than expected. On pickup Chris explained in detail what was done and advised on future service suggested. I left confident that Revolution will keep our vehicles in the best condition possible into the future.

I brought my Mercedes e400 to Revolution Auto Service for service B. As well as the standard Service B work they oiled all of the hinges and cleared the drainage tubes. I was loaned a car while mine was being serviced. Finally my car was cleaned inside and out.
There is no comparison between Revolution and Mercedes. I called Mercedes to get a price for Service B and got a price that was $400 more than Revolution. In the past when I got a loaner from Mercedes I was told the loaner was free, BUT there was a usage charge. So the loaner is free unless you use it!!!
From now on I’ll be bringing my car to Revolution for service and forget about Mercedes. They did an excellent job and will see me again. I would recommend them to anyone in a second

They do excellent work ?. A bit pricey but still lower than dealers, however well worth it with their warranty on the work performed. I'd definitely go back to for any additional work. THANKS Chris & John!

I found out about Revolution through two separate colleagues. One previously worked in the automotive industry and knew of this shop through word of mouth, and the other colleague has his SL550 serviced here. Both spoke very highly about this shop, so when I needed to get repairs/maintenance done on my 2016 E350, I decided to give them a shot. I’m very pleased that I did. John and Chris are both awesome people to work with and the attention to detail in not only the work that is done but also in how each step of the process is laid out is unlike anywhere else I’ve been. If you have a German car that you need serviced but you don’t want to spend the money to have it serviced at a dealer, then this is the place to go.
