In October I bought a ResMed AirMini AutoSet Travel CPAP from Reliable because my old travel cpap machine was alittle loud. (Sales Order No. 1577659) The person I talked to on the phone was great and had it shipped out 3 days before my trip. Prior to my trip I tried it for 3 nights and neither my wife nor I could sleep. It is the LOUDEST Cpap machine I have ever used. I was unable to take this machine on my trip. Last week I brought the Airmini back to Reliable and asked is this noise level normal. The person out front said yes. I said maybe you could check the noise leval against another one but he said they are all loud. I paid over $1000 for it. He asked me what I wanted to do about it and I said that I wanted my money back. He said that they cannot do that. He said something to the fact that you only sell them and there is no warranty. I have been one of your cutomers for years. You sold a product that seems defective and your person out front was no help. If you sell something you should support it. I asked the person out front what I should do with it and he said that I should try selling it on EBAY or give it away. This is unacceptable. I would like to return the machine and I would like a refund.

The product damm near killed me, but that was my doctors fault. They were patient and helpful throughout the process. Had to get a refund and there was a slight billing error which was cleared up with a phone call. I'd probably go back to them in the future if needed.

Wonderful company! Their staff is kind and helpful. If you are having issues, just call in and explain your situation- Everyone is more than willing to help. I would recommend Reliable Respiratory to all!

I'm not going to post a negative comment yet. I call the number that was given on Google to talk to the person who said. Call them if I have any issues. So I'm going to wait for the call for today. If not, then I will share my story because it is not a pleasant one.

Keep away from Reliable they say one thing then they lie to get your business. They most certainly are not Reliable. Cpap is not a good way to go with these clowns. Stay away from this company

Reliable was not very reliable. They did not respect my time or money, providing the bare minimum of care possible to keep the rental revenue flowing.
In my case my doctor's office prescribed me a CPAP machine and delivered me to Reliable for the equipment. Apparently I was entitled to an in-person fitting and consultation that was never offered. I only learned about that after the fact and after my insurance deadline to get this thing working had passed.
What I did get was a rushed video chat with an overbooked therapist that wasn't much help. I could not get a proper fit, the pressure settings were too high, and I didn't have the time to continually work between my doctor's office and Reliable.
My doctor's office is equally at fault here. I was unfortunate to find myself at the mercy of two organizations more concerned with driving volume vs. providing appropriate care.
Because I was unable to resolve these issues within the window for insurance coverage I had to send the equipment back. I am now going untreated for a condition that warranted treatment.

Unhappy with delayed response time taking too long to deliver supplies. Difficult to communicate with customer service. Their priority is diabetes care, not respiratory services.

This place sucks, I was told I had a one month trial that I had three months to complete , I had completed my trial. My Medicaid should’ve covered it by then. All of a sudden while I’m on vacation, which I’ve never had a vacation, this is my first one. I get a damn call Saying that I failed my second trial (i was not told about) and now my Medicaid will not cover it so now I have payments, The only reason I found out is cause I noticed they charge my card. Are you serious? I love how companies will messed up not tell you about something and you get the shit end of the stick.

I have been unhappy with Reliable from the first day I received the product! I called the second day and told them I was having trouble with the mask and didn’t understand all of the ins and outs especially what and when products had to be washed or schedule for more products! Ie wSnt clear! I had to wait 2 weeks for someone to visit me! During that visit I was told I was sent 2 masks. I only received one. I still have the bag it came in. I would never have discarded a mask.! She got one from her car. She proceeded to fix the mask for me. U didn’t even know about the straps. She told me I wouldn’t have to change the straos any more. I’ve tried . Sometimes I would use for 5 hrs and it only registered 2 hours! I gave up . I’m 80 yrs old I guess I didn’t have the patience. When I went to see my dr. For a follow visit I told him I was having a problem. That I hadn’t used the nachine for any 5 days in a row. In his notes it saud good response to bipap!!!huh!? I calked the other day and said I wanted to return the bipap. It wasn’t working for me. Today I received a phone call that indicated I would have to pay , I was told I could return the product within 60-90 days and I wouldn’t have to pay now what do I do ? Do I have to do 21 days and then the insurance pays. Or do you have to pay even though I’m not happy?even though I’m returning ? I’m so frustrated! I threw the mask away . I can’t wait for you to send one . Then I might be uncompliant!.? I did speak to the dr and he said something about goi g back to the sleep lab to get a new mask,this wasn’t in his notes! I don’t know where I stand. It’s been a very frustrating experience!!!☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Awesome company. Very responsive. Customer service is excellent. Communication is perfect. Would refer anyone who needs diabetic supplies (or any other supplies) here without question.

By far the worst company ever. My husband needs supplies and all they care about is getting their money. In order for him to get his supplies he needs to pay a past due balance I asked if I could pay half at least to get him the supplies he needs. She said you can pay half, but you still won't be able to get his supplies. He has severe sleep apnea and stops breathing I informed the supervisor, and she didn't care all she kept saying was you need to pay, or we can't give you the supplies. She said it wasn't a medical emergency basically he isn't going to die if he doesn't have his machine. We will look into changing from this company. Medical devices are no longer important it's obvious that MONEY is more important than someone health!!!

One of the worst health-related companies I have ever worked with. My CPAP failed due to a manufacturer error, and they refused to send me a new device until they received their old one (I was on a vacation where I couldn't easily mail anything), so my replacement was over a week late.
Then they sent it to the wrong address, despite my repeated warnings (to an entirely different state).
Finally when I get the replacement, it's missing the hose and the power supply, which they had me return with my previously malfunctioning one, so it's entirely unusable.

Horrible Company! Started using the 6 years ago and they were great. Idk If they were bought or what happened but service sucks. Keep getting billed when I have called to pay over the phone with a CC. Also they always send me supplies on top of what I want. If I just want a mask they send me extra cushions and more and just bill be for it. Seems illegal to me! Just met with my ENT last week and will be finding a new company as I am due for a machine and this company is the WORST!
