I made the appointment online as shown in the photo(Shows the appointment date at the bottom). I show up 10 mins early and there is a sign on the door saying they are closed for the day. I have been fasting for this blood work now I need to hope they can fit me in at another location ASAP because I am hungry.
If they knew it would be closed why was I able to make the appointment? Why no email to cancel or phone call? This is a joke of customer service.
This was the only appointment available for this morning when I scheduled it, so that means they had a full schedule of people who will show up and see this sign. We have to trust these people to take our blood etc but they can’t even run a schedule or alert people they are closed? If they can’t handle the basics how come they are trusted to handle blood testing?
Edit- They did call me eventually. My appointment was at 8:40am and they called and left me an automated message at 9:06am. Luckily immediately after I drove to the Quest on Nahatan st and was able to get in pretty quick.
I get it, employees get sick and problems arise. However it is unfortunate how there process is setup. Looking at other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue.

I've never walked into a Quest and had them say, "Oh, here's your order." This location was no exception. It had been faxed in last week, and the doctor got a confirmation back. Still they "couldn't find it." It was refaxed to the same (confirmed) number, and after waiting an hour for them to figure it out, we gave up. We'll have to get this labwork done elsewhere.

Don't go here! Its a broom closest that will make you wait for hours even though only two people are in front of you.

Worse service ever from Quest Diagnostic. I scheduled a biometric screening, got confirmation for the upcoming appointment, arrived today on site. The office was closed. No one from the Company contacted me to change the date or location. Shame.

Great Quest location, the woman who works here is very nice and good at drawing blood, even for small hard-to-find veins. You can make an appt or do a walk-in, just register with the tablet in the office. For walk-ins there's an option to wait in your car or the lobby and get a text when it's your time for the appt which is a good feature.

First off make an appointment! There is one girl working the entire place, she is wonderful and patient. I hate getting blood work done and she made the whole process easy and less stressful. Definitely make an appointment online. They have been told to give priority to those with appointments over walk-ins it seems. Takes just a couple minutes to do. Will also make it easier on the girl working alone. Long story short I will always come here now for my blood work, and make an appointment prior. Also took me a second to realize to go DOWN the stairs to the ground floor.
