It depends on what location you go to. Some locations are very accommodating, I'm a fainter. Others rush you through and don't seem to care about the people they are serving.

Making an appointment online was easy, checking in was easy, I was seen on time and the nurse was very friendly and efficient. My results came back much sooner than expected as well!

I showed up 10 mins before closing and Christine was very nice to take my blood...the place is a little tricky to find but once I did I was happy she accommodated me. She said prob no results til Tuesday but was happy to see the results today (Saturday)Thanks Christine your awesome!

The one time I was there the people are friendly. However, the location on Google AND the phone number says that the location is open until 4:30. But the door says 4 and is locked at 4 - so which is it? I wish there was a closer location to me because I didn't enjoy driving here to find out it's closed.

Have showed up early for two appointments and the facility was closed. They had paperwork on the door the second time to point to other Quests sites, including the one at 335 Morse St which was great! Don't bother trying to go to this under-resourced Quest facility

I booked the appointment blood work for my annual physical. Then went online for directions the day before. When I read the reviews I went in with very low expectations however, I was very pleasantly surprised!I got a text to check-in online once I got there. I checked in 10 min before my appointment. After checking in, I received another text letting me know that they will call or text me when they were ready for me and that I can wait inside or in the car.A few minutes later, I received a text that they were ready for me. Nitu, was professional, friendly and conscientious! She made sure that no more than 2 people were in the small waiting room at the same time. Of course everyone wore masks, I felt safe. She is an excellent Phlebotomist! I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! I would highly recommend Nitu! Thank you so much! ?

I setup a questdirect account on Saturday 9/25/21 and since than unable to login to account a system glitch and no resource on how to fix to order or book appointment. so I set up appointment on the phone with automated system for today at1:30pm when I got there the lab tech doesn't have order so no blood draw waited more than one hour to get help nothing. Been trying to contact someone and no help so far several hours spent on something so simple. You have the worst customer services ever.I will never recommend anyone to use your service ever Managers are useles

Go anywhere else. This place is the worst. Had an appointment at 11:00 AM that was confirmed via Telephone with a Confirmation #. Upon arrival at 10:55 there were 4 people waiting and I was told that they did not have my appointment so I would have to wait. After an hour wait I finally was able to get some Blood Work done in about 5 minutes. Quest better look into their appointment program. IT,S NOT WORKING

I pay all of my bills on time and have an 825+ credit rating. Last week I get a credit collections services letter that my daughter, under my address, owes about $87.00. First off, I never got that bill because if I did, I would have paid it promptly. Second, by using arcane and confusing, multiple billing systems with the same sites, Quest automatically confuses customers. But to just send it off to a collections agency without ever even trying to reach out is a sin. So, from now on out, everyone in my family (who is on a PPO), will request anyone other than this shabby, shoddy company. I cannot wait for the Mass Privacy law to take effect, as I will hold them accountable.

This is the slowest Quest in the area. Do not try this location unless you have some free time.

Stay AWAY! I took my daughter for some standard lab work and an additional test kit on a late afternoon and was told we need to come prior to 2:00 for a test kit. Came back the next day before school and they turned away my scared 9 yr old because the test kit we had is from a competitor. Zero concern for patients and 100% focus on making money. Shame on you Quest!
