No appointments for walk in emergencies. Have a 2022 hyundai tuscon lease, and battery was dead in the AM. AAA agent ran diagnostics and let me know that the battery had 0% reserve and likely needed to be replaced. Lo and behold there's no appointments until Jan for service. Not sure what a practicing healthcare provider is supposed to do without a car for 6 weeks...Great customer service Boch!

I was told the vehicle that I wanted was available. I set up an appointment for the following day. The morning of the appointment I received an email confirming my intention to arrive and I responded that I would be arriving in the morning as planned. When I arrived at the dealership I was told the vehicle was not available for sale. It was a complete waste of my time. I'll never buy a vehicle from a Boch dealership.

Disappointed. Broke down out of state and towed to nearest Hyundai dealer. Getting the runaround from service department for 7 days. Can't even tell me when they will look at the car.Service: General repairs & maintenance
