Still DCD who used to work for Boch , say no more ! Went to their Toyota South branch a few years ago and tried to charge me for 1800.00 worth of repairs I was told by my bosses mechanic I didn't need .You decide but you might want to t to check l the complaints on Yelp first!

Do not recommend. They'll tell you there's no accidents on the car and right when you're signing paperwork, boom here comes a "minor incident" they knew nothing about. They'll say they're going to clean and fix everything up before you pick up your new car, and don't. Not to mention they don't seem to want to assist me to begin with. I walked through the showroom and parking lot with no one asking me anything or even greeting me. I walked up to the lady at the desk and ask if someone was working to help me.

DO NOT buy a car there. I've called, texted, and called again, to hold a SUV that's "supposedly" in transit. Sooooo hard to get in touch with Brandon because he doesn't return calls, even after I left messages. When I called today, the SUV that I wanted was...SOLD ALREADY. Then to be told that a DIFFERENT vehicle is available, but entirely a different model which I am not even remotely interested in. Games, games and more games. I should have known from the countless bad reviews regarding Boch Chevrolet. Trust me, STAY CLEAR and read the reviews. Many of them are clearly telling you to stay away.

Brought my new 2024 Chevy trax in for its first oil change on 7-24-23 . Service worker jimmy who took me in was very professional in his presentation from start to finish, and accurately precise with what he told me for involvement time for the oil change.use to by my vehicles from them until I felt I was being taking advantage from the sales manager.. so I moved on to herb Connolly and was taking care of for my needs, that Boch could not meet.

worked via telephone with the sales manager and sales associate on a certified vehicle I was interested in purchasing. The negotiation process was mostly via text and a phone call. Being located over two hours away, I asked a lot of questions before driving to the dealership. The sales associate was helpful and answered my questions and provided a video. My son and I left work early and made the two hour trip. The truck was on the front of the lot. It looked great, just as described. As soon as we opened the door we were instantly met with an overwhelming smell of cigarette odor. The odor was so bad it could easily be sensed from 10 feet from the truck. We were very disappointed as this information was never disclosed to us. Being a certified vehicle would also suggest the condition of the vehicle is a step above. Removing cigarette smell from the interior is very very difficult if not impossible as the smokes and residual permeates the leather, carpet, cloth and ventilation system. On rainy and humid days, it lingers. A simple disclosure by Boch could have avoided this situation. It would have been the right thing to do...be upfront, honest, provide full disclosure. Its really simple to do and good business.

Do NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE... 2019 Chevy Trail Boss dead with a blown Transmission. Made a Call to the Service manager prior to the total failure and explained I needed to bring it in ASAP on a Thursday, he tells me bring it on Monday . Saturday It died. Left me stuck 30 miles from my home loaded with Goalie Equipment, Also explained to the Service manager .... Stay Away From Chevy AMERICAN MADE JUNK

PART 2- I was so upset that I failed to mention a very important detail on my last review: I left off that after Boch Chevy had my vehicle for 3 months (to fix transmission) that it broke down in less than 2 1/2 hours after picking it up. Mind you I called them 5 minutes after leaving their because my car was shifting rough and kept pulling to the right. It was so bad that I called them 2 more times and They told me to KEEP DRIVING and what I was experiencing was normal and everything just needed to adjust to the transmission shift points. It was now roughly 7:30 pm and Boch Chevy was closed and I was broken down in Roch Bros parking lot in Marshfield. My vehicle would not shift into drive or ANY gear. I called B Chevy in the morning to let them know what happened and told them we're my car was located. I explained to them that because my vehicle was over 25 miles from them that Roadside Assistance wanted me to pay $120 for the tow! (Which I refused) Boch C said that shouldn't be the case and that they would be contacting Roadside Assistance to have my car towed back to them.... PART 3---Two days later I had not gotten a call so I called Boch Chevy to find out what was up with my car and to ask them if I could come down and get a rental (which is included in my warranty) They said they hadn't had a chance to look at my vehicle yet, and they told me I could head over now if I needed a rental. I asked them if they would be able to have the rental company meet me there in 30 minutes and have a vehicle ready on reserve for me since they already had all of my insurance info from the previous rental. They said they could do that and asked me- "How fast can you get here?" I told them that I was on my way and would be there in 25-30 minutes. I made it there in 25 min and they said it wouldn't be long and the rental should be there shortly. After 45 min of waiting I asked them if they knew how much longer it was going to take. That's when they decided to let me know that they just realized my vehicle wasn't there and they are trying to figure out where it was! Then they informed me that because they didn't have my vehicle that they wouldn't be allowing me to take the rental. Now I was stranded there and needed to get back in time to pick my kids up from practice. They said that there was nothing they could do because it was company policy and if I needed a rental then I would have to pay out of pocket! ( they did say they would reimburse me once they figured everything out) Come to find out my vehicle was still at Roch Bro parking lot and NEVER got towed to Boch Chevy! Now I'll admit my husband and I both got pretty upset and we used a few choice words. after 30 minutes of arguing with Mike and Rob ( (the supervisor)and listening to them blame us saying that because we never told him that we refused Road Side Assistance that that was why they didn't have our vehicle (and didn't realize it was not there)i. Which was a complete lie because we spoke to Mike Andre and he wouldn't admit to his supervisor that he spoke to us and knew where the car was because we told him--- Reason being we refused to pay for the tow since we just car back the night before.... PART 4.... Boch Chevy was now About to close in 15 minutes So Rob finally agreed to let me take a rental and said the company would cover it for 24 hours and that he needed me to come back tomorrow and switch into a rental from Richmond Rentals because that's was covered under my 5 year warranty. With the way things have been going I told him no way, please wait until I the rental company Gets here and he agreed to do so. Someone from Enterprise came and picked me up 10 minutes later and drove us over to Enterprise to get the rental. When we arrived they informed us that we needed to give them a major credit card so they could put $200 on hold in case anything happened to the car. (So much for Boch Chevy covering it for 24hrs!......Rob! ) One week goes and.no word from Boch Chevy. After finally getting ahol

Brought car in for a Mass inspection. They failed it for bad windshield washer (not blades)--a safety issue so i can't drive it! (Washer works but spay isn't perfect) ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Quote to fix taking over an hour and unreal estimate to fix STAY AWAY

If you are buying your first car - this might be the dealership for you. If you wanted be treated like a customer and not feel like sales team is doing you a favor by giving you attention, I recommend you shop elsewhere. Boch is a large dealership and they seem to move a lot of cars. This means that they have the potential to have more inventory than some of their local competition. To sell many cars it seems that they treat customers like cattle, pushing them though a sales assembly line and a scripted process that can make this dealership very frustrating to work with. I'm sure this strategy has been working, but I will be curious to see if Boch will be able to realize that buyer behaviors have shifted before they get lapped. My interaction: I am fortunate to have more money than time. I reached out to the Boch team and offered them a guaranteed SUV purchase if they are able to work with me via telephone, video, or email. The Boch business development rep who is named Brendan, refused the request stating that they only discuss sales directly in person. Brendan continues to email and text me on a regular basis with a computer automated request to engage. I always reply asking to be connected to a sales person via email to start the buying process, and Brendan always provides me with a similar robotic response. There seems to be an easy recipe being established to beat Boch in the market: (1) Realize that digital sales are hear to stay. (2) Treat customers like human beings. (3) Adopt a sales funnel strategy that isn't based on the market of 2010.

Made appointment to have my 2021 Equinox moonroof looked at. It was operating very slowly and would freeze up sometimes. I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. I brought it in this morning and dropped off. This afternoon I get a text we won't be able to get to it today maybe tomorrow. I called up and voiced my displeasure Asked if you will guarantee it will be looked and fixed tomorrow,and they said no. I told them I'll be down to pickup my car. Couldn't answer why I wasn't told this morning when I dropped it off.
