I wish I could give less than 1 star. I went here to purchase lottery tickets and the cashier was so rude and dismissive. I tried to engage him in small talk, “hi, how are you?” Since he didn’t acknowledge me. Once I asked him for my tickets, he just took money and walked away. There are a better, friendlier stores in Norwood to shop!

don't go here, the owner is very rude & obnoxious. I purchased liquor& tried to return within 24 hrs with receipt. He told me to "get out of his store". The receipt does not sale "final" sale". Under the consumer rights act I should be able to return a sealed non-perishable item. I contacted the Mass Liquor commission, filed a complaint and they will contact the store & investigate.

Good, nice person who runs this place. Very wine and spirits focused, has good selection of reds, but lacking in some of the fancier local options for beers.

On Sunday6/20/21 @7.30pm I approach the store with my cousin Bobbie a long time customer she and 2 other customers were in line. I walked over to where you get scratch tickets waiting. The associate at the register was yelling no no out loud looking towards me. I said who me he immediately yelled at me Go Home ,myself and customers look shock at his tone of voice e it was very embarrassing I will make a complaint . Customers should never be treated this way .

The owner is RACIST! My cousin and I came into the store at 9:30 because it says online they close at "10:00" and we were rushed as soon as we walked in. We were harassed the whole time and bought whatever we could grab at the moment and the only reason we did is because they were the only store open. Not only were we harassed I was upcharged on an item I asked the owner about numerous of times. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Worse service I've ever received.

Went in to check for high noon. It appeared they had just received a large shipment of it. I usually buy it for between 9 and 10 dollars.. When I asked how much they were selling it for they said $13 for a pack of four. Absolutely shameless price gouging… Do not shop there.... I cannot tolerate people that take advantage of circumstances… I work in healthcare and find this type of behavior deplorable.

Customer service is lacking but good prices with good selection. Much better than other options in the area.

I’ve been in here 5-6 times and the guy is always extremely rude. He told me what I wanted was in the back of the store and told me to go get it. I was hesitant, cause it looked like I’d just be wandering into the back of his store. He then got mad at me and screamed for me to “go! Go back there!” then I walked too far and he got even more mad and finally pointed out where I was supposed to go. I’ve seen him do this to at least one person every time I’ve been in here. If you’re gonna get frustrated when people don’t know where to go to get stuff in the back of your store, it’s good customer service to offer to go grab it for them instead of screaming at them for not knowing the layout of your store.

On 7/10/2020 at approximately 5pm I attempted to purchase a bottle of liquor. I asked the store clerk how much was the 1.75 liter of Absolute Vodka? He responded $36.99. I replied the price listed on the shelf is $29.99 He came around from the counter and Insisted that the price wasn’t listed on the shelf but I was looking right at it so I left and purchased that same bottle at a location down the street for the same price said mention for 29.99 . Apparently, black people over pay at this establishment; at approximately 5:30 PM I returned to ask the clerk for the owners name , he refused to provide me owners name instead he threatened Me with calling the police So I left because being black I wasn’t going to risk my life.
