I rented out an office here at the Workbar location inside the Space Center and I can honestly say it was a very poor experience. This place is very raw and industrial and is more for artists and like metal shop or construction type companies, not professionals to use the space. It is basically an old warehouse turned into offices and small spaces for, what it looks like crafters and artists and not much else. The office I was in was freezing during the winter, the ceiling leaked all over my desk and the entire place is drafty and just not a nice place to work out of. As I mention in my profile, this is my opinion of course and not sure what I was expecting for the price I paid but this was not it.

It's up and coming from what I can tell, it does however seem to cater to a certain genres... and it seems to be missing the "anchor" the store/retailer/business that brings in the traffic and or crowd's. Overall there's ample parking, and if you need a storage unit there's plenty of them... otherwise it seems like a"niche" plaza with a rustic feel... until you see the cartoons on one side and prints of pastries on the other side competing for your eyes attention.... Lot's of promise... worth checking out.

I visited Giving the Glam. The owner gives prom dresses and outfits to financially challenged teens. I got to see two girls get their dream prom dresses. They were transformed from shy to empowered. Maristela showed them so much love and personal attention.

Pleasant environment. Large rooms and full of news.
