Erik at Land Rover is the guy you want to buy a car from. He’s calm, knowledgeable, and available. He understands that purchasing a luxury car isn’t something that can be pushed or rushed. He let me take my time but also followed up. When I decided to move forward he was patient and showed me all of the functionality of the car. When I called him with a tech question, he answered right away and immediately knew what I was talking about and how to fix it. Justin in the finance department was also great. I was able to complete the lease paperwork with him virtually which was one of the best parts of this process.

I recently purchased a Land Rover, Range Rover in Norwood from Erik. I put a lot of thought into this vehicle. Which one am I going to trade my Range Rover sport in for? I called all around to different dealerships before I figure it out, but once I spoke with Erik, he was comfortable. There is something to be said for that. I would highly recommend him to work with as he won me over with great service and really cared. Can't say enough.

Sonny Singh . That’s your guy. Everyone ! He gets things done . I am almost at the closing portion of the deal but have nothing but good impressions. He even replies after hours and during day off! Super transparent, fair and friendly! Five stars service ! If I was the head of his team , I would definitely see forward to keep such asset and definitely deserve a raise ( i am sure he gets) , it’s rare to have such a good service and I dealt with many dealers and agents . Kindness and punctuality. Men’s word means a lot for him and he likes keeping his. Took extra videos and photos and satisfied every demand and little question about the Volvo I am after. Keep up the good work , great sir ! Looking forward to meet soon!

Buying a new car can be stressful and overwhelming, but not with Jason Nassif. Jason is an excellent listener and efficient executor. He listened to exactly what my husband and I wanted. He even worked his day off to ensure that when we arrived on the Saturday the cars we wanted were there- from the color of the exterior and interior, to the features. He listened and he delivered. Jason made the process simple and easy! He spent time going through all the features with us. He never pressuredus and in fact said repeatedly "I just want you to be happy". We are very grateful for his time, his patience and his expertise. We are loving our new Range Rover.
