To start, our techs have been great. We recently had an issue with our Blodgett convection oven. Our tech gave us great advice and we opted to go for the repair on the unit. We received an itemized quote, with parts. Having family in the parts industry, we reviewed part items directly from Blodgett and the price was significantly less. We called J.Warren to ask if they could match these or if we could buy directly and still have them do the repairs. We were explained that YES the repairs could still be done with items we ordered, however we would not receive a warranty and hourly labor would go from $115 to $130. We accepted these conditions and were informed to call back once the pieces arrived.We called back to schedule and were passed from the receptionist to another, who aggressively refused to follow through with servicing our equipment as apparently, overpricing parts is "how we make our money", not on diagnostic services (we paid for) or hourly labor costs. For reference, our genuine Blodgett parts cost $1,281 as opposed to our quote of $2,123.63 without the labor. Very disappointed.Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

The guy Joe Warren sent to fix our warmer was a bum. Guy shows up at 11:45 AM on a weekday and immediately complains that the kitchen is busy and people are in his way....NEWSFLASH---most schools in America are serving lunch at that time. After he completed the job, he left without telling anyone, and just vanished. During his hasty exit, he left a mess of cut up wires, rust, and other random bullshit trash all over my counter, the counter on which we prepare food for the future leaders of tomorrow. Hey, thanks a lot pal.
