Completely heartless company!! Fired an employee right before Christmas!! With absolutely no warning, did not informed of his progress. Disgusting how HR and higher ups took advantage of a hardworking man who worked endlessly to make sure things ran smoothly and efficiently. Absolutely pathetic move to fire someone who gave his all to a company who instead of appreciating him, disposes him. The man always defended his team and stood up for them when they confided in him about issues in the company. Y’all should be ashamed for firing a man is trying to support his family right before Christmas!!

There is construction going on around the reefer dock. Tight squeeze. Appointment 3am called to the door at 2:30am left at 4am. Nice people. No parking on property. Check in 2 hours early.

Arrived 2 hours early for 5.00 Am appointment. Was told only 2 trucks were ahead but got dock at 10.30 Am. 30 minutes in the dock no any movement in the trailer so I went in check at receiving office and 3-4 workers were chilling in their after some arguments then they started unloading and like others trailer floor was full of grease. Went for trailer wash and missed the appointment for pick up. I had to spend whole weekend in boston

Update Wow! So messy here. 20:00 appointment, check in at 20:00 3 trucks ahead of me waiting to get unloaded. I have no idea when will be my turn. Look like it will be a long night. 3 stars for now. Call in 1:45 leave 4:15 am shm

Lots of construction going on there, you cant show up more than two hours early according to their paper. Checked in at 2:30am for a 4:30 am appointment. Didnt get a call until 7:40am got unloaded close to 9am and like the other reviews state they leave some sort of dirty grease on your trailer floor which is awesome considering the only washout I could find was 30 miles away north of Boston.

Checked in at 07:30 , got a door at 15:10. So ??♂️ Oh, also you can kinda park on the street, but there are signs that says "no truck parking" all over around those streets. If you park on the street overnight, the security guard will wake u up at 07:00 to move your truck.

They make drive 10 miles down the road which of course takes 30 min to wait for a phone call to get unloaded... So obviously this is going to take awhile and this is just ridiculous...12 hours later and I'm still waiting on a call for a door, and now missed my back haul..16 hours....22.5 hours to get a door

Checked in on Friday at 2am for a 7:30am delivery appointment. Was told to wait for a callCame back at 8am to see why they hadn’t called me yet. Was told they were behind and most likely they’d call me at 12pmThey called me on Saturday at 2am. It took them 24 hours to give a door since I checked in.As a result I missed my pick up appointment. And good luck getting a load on Saturday in the north east with this market.As a bonus you’ll get your trailer floor covered with grease from their forklift. A fellow truck driver provided photos of their trailer floor after getting unloaded.Verdict. It’s the worst place I’ve ever been unloaded at.P.S. The workers are great. The management is terrible.

my broker gave me a time of 8am and he himself assigned 1:30 pm for reinsurance. I arrived much earlier than the first time and they accepted me! Respect guys! There is not enough space, there is no overnight parking. They work quickly, 5 stars and as an example to others.

I came here Sunday night, and My appointment was 5:00am Checked in 4:30am get a door 4:58am red ligt about 5:10am,, No overnight parking but you can park at street on your own risky,, every sign street saying no truck or trailer parking either side. But I parked on street and no one bothered me.

They use one dock for meat receiving and don’t honor your appointment. Waited 10 hours to get in dock after my 9pm appointment time. They have no room to park and the area neighbors are sick of the trucks on the street so cops are making u leave all hours of the day and night. They want you to go 10 miles to the truck stop and pay to park there until they call you back.

3:00 o’clock appointment get there a bit early. They didn’t take my load. Send me to a lot to wait five hours. Call me ofter 5hrs .on the loading dock for hour’s before they touch my truck . No parking

They will unload you quickly. You can park on the side of the street. For check-in, go to the back at door M-5.

friendly, restrom not clean, my appt at 19:30,get a door at 18:30, fast unloading, O/N parking on the street after 17:00،Because the offices in the neighborhood ask you to leave during their working hours.
