I was happily surprised by how nice my rep, Mr. Lally, was. You’d be surprised how much that matters. Car was fine - was clean, worked well, no problems with the automotive technology, as one might expect. But the reason I’m taking the time to comment is that my experience with the Hertz rep was exceptional.
