The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Manager Steve was super helpful and provided amazing information about stuff to do in Boston and surrounding areas. Every time we saw him he said hello and asked how our day was going. The front desk agent named Giselle and Maria were both friendly and cheerful. The breakfast staff could smile a bit more but overall the staff was excellent.

DO NOT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN. If I could give zero stars I would. I stayed here for what was supposed to be a fun stress-free weekend with my friends. We booked two rooms for two nights. On the first night at 8:00 P.M. we discovered a syringe and a needle under the couch in one of the rooms. We told the front desk immediately because we of course wanted to get it properly cleaned up. We got basically an “it’s not my problem” answer from the person at the desk. They told us to come back the following MORNING when the manager was there. When we woke up in the morning we were excited to start our day, we just needed to find a manager so the mess could be cleaned up. Should be easy right? Considering we told them we found a needle and syringe in our room? Wrong. We spent the entire morning and the early afternoon hours trying to get in touch with any of the managers to simply have them clean up a biohazard in our room. It took two of my friends tracking the cleaning manager down and quite literally holding his hand to take him to the room to clean it up for us. Our entire day was ruined and a situation that could’ve and should’ve been taken care of in 20 minutes lasted 16 hours. Steve is the manager who repeatedly avoided us and was supposed to call us several times and he didn’t. Also, the entire staff was incredibly rude about the situation for no reason. We were perfectly pleasant and understanding up until we started being ignored when all we wanted was the literal biohazard out of our room (which has windows that don’t open so we couldn’t even air it out). If someone brought their child and they found that and got hurt, everyone would be out of a job. We also did not even receive a refund when they told us they were going to give us one. Insanely mismanaged and inhospitable.Safety: Deadbolt your doors

I had a terrible experience at the Hampton Inn. When I checked in, I found my room to be extremely dirty and smelling of animal waste. I decided to check out within a few hours, but the female front desk agent wouldn't let me back into my room. I had to contact the local police department to help me get my belongings back.I strongly advise against staying at this property.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. There wasn’t any soap in the room. The sink was broken. The breakfast was not good, they didn’t even have plates and when I asked they said they don’t have any plates.

A hotel with very good service, comfortable and clean rooms. Offers breakfast included. And the location is excellent. You do not have to deviate from the main street to access it.Food & drinks: Offers breakfast included. At the exit of the hotel you can find two excellent restaurants. You can walk.

This place is NOT SAFE!!!Stay away! The room next to me started partying at 10pm (with many people in the room) ... loud TV, laughing, screaming at each other with very dirty words, banging doors! I could not sleep for a minute from 10pm to 1am!At 1am, I tried to call the front desk and manger on duty for 30 minutes... No answer! Finally, someone picked up my call at 1:30am, they said "they will check it" and hung up immediately! It is still ongoing!!! I am trying to call the front desk (for the last 30 minutes) but no one is picking up. It is 2 am now...and I'm not sure when will this nightmare end. This place is NOT SAFE! If anything happens to you during the night and you try to seek help, you will most likely die before the front desk picks up your call or do anything about it!I'm seriously considering going to another hotel right now! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had!Safety: Terrible !The worst experience ever!

Amazingly enough this hotel has no drawer space. There is a very small closet to hang things and one small cabinet with 3 wire bins that could hold underwear at the very most. No shelves, no nightstands, nothing for your clothing. We asked to be moved to another room with some drawer space and we were willing to pay more but we were told the rooms were all the same configuration - no drawer or storage space. In my many years of traveling Ive never experienced this before. So beware - if you stay here u will be living out of your suitcase for the duration. We moved to another hotel.

I have always been a Hampton Inn fan. I believe them to be clean affordable and safe. My last experience with them at this location was a nightmare. After checking in at the desk , showing UD and being issued pass key to our room at 4:45 AM a person walked in our room as they had also been checked into our room..The front desk said we showed up as a no show .. imagine if this person was not also shocked to see people in the room...the front desk apologized but I will think twice before going to this hotel again.

Called hotel made a reservation and got the confirmation on my email. The reason why I booked the room was because we lost power due to a Storm . On the second day with out power we don't have heat and our house was very cold.At 9:44 PM when we were 5 minutes away a got a call from the receptions to tell they were sorry but our reservation was canceled . I think this was very wrong in so many ways , first because they confirmed it and then because our circumstances we had to go back home but it was so cold that we had to leave.it took us a while to find another place to stay. For all of this I gave this hotel a 0 stars you don't made a reservation, confirmed and then just cancelled.

The key machine is broken, and the staff is telling people to call customer service to fix the issue. Customer service is saying go to the front desk...bad service policies.

We requested a rollaway bed be added to our double queen room. They called and said they would need to change us to a pull out couch bed and king bed and then we could have the rollaway bed. When we checked in late there was no rollaway bed in the room. We were tired; that was frustrating. Night shift found it but had to make a second trip to bring the bedding. Frustrating to wait, especially with young kids. Free breakfast was only ok. There was a time when we really looked forward to breakfasts while away at hotels but no more.
