This place is absolutely great! Comes in clutch when you need it, whether it be a last-minute alteration or a last-minute dry cleaning, they can get it done! The woman who does the alteration and tailoring, Pam she is absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. The owner is such a sweet and friendly guy as well. This hidden gem is definitely, a great spot .

Unprofessional and overpriced. Asked for an expensive dress tailored here, was told I’d get a fitting and never got one. Dress came back way too big and the man complained and made excuses when I asked for it to be fixed. Will never go here again, please take your business elsewhere.

Not happy with poor service -- altered all our wedding clothes... over $400. Husbands pants were too short. They basically blamed my husband and charged to alter... begrudgingly gave back $6! I told her that i had done all my business there and would not be back. She said that the is fine ....

I used to be a frequent customer here. Altering gowns, pants, and shirts and even dry cleaning. I always used to get a high quote but I realised that other vendors charged way less for the same services and would negotiate the price a couple dollars down to meet in the middle. One day I went to pick up my jacket from their dry cleaning and noticed the stain was still there. Turns out they just send it to a vendor and collect a profit from being the middle man. Once I found this out I told the owner I don’t want to over pay for something that isn’t even clean he and his assistant both yelled at me and told me I shouldn’t expect anything better since I’m always cheap and don’t want to pay. The lady yelled at me as if she was my mother and when I told her to stop being unprofessional, her boss joined too and told me to call the cops if I don’t like it.My relatives used to go here and all our friends in the area. I’ve told them all what’s happened but realised I never wrote a review to warn everyone else about the unprofessionalism that goes on at this business. Truly ridiculous and embarrassing, shame on both of you.

I have never faced such an aggressive and dishonest costumer care. After dropping off a gown for dry clean I picked it up and it was in communicate that the stains were not removed when I came back with the garment they refuse to take care of it and the customer service was as rude as I get. There are plenary of great places around, do yourself a favor and avoid the horrific treatment and low quality service

I have used their services both dry cleaning and clothes alterations. I brought some pants to be hemmed and dress shirts for their sleeves to be hemmed. The job on the pants is ok, you have to make sure you try them on when you pick them up. Once, they mixed up and had them dry cleaned instead of hemmed. The job on the shirts could have been better, the quality of stitching was not good. Not at all like the original stitching. If you need something altered and the stitching is highly visible I would avoid them. Their dry cleaning is good. I haven't had any issues. If you have specific stains you need removed let them know.
