“Ferdinand is an amazing resource. He comes to the office to fix problems but takes the time to ask questions before coming to see if it can be fixed over the phone. I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. I have worked with several IT people, and he is right at the top. And his fees are very reasonable.”
“Very small store but there is alot packed inside. I went in for 45's and had a pretty good amount (for a small store) records are 3.00 a piece but I asked if he would give me a flat price (think I got like 50 records) He only took off 20 bucks (thought it'd be more than that seeing as it's a small store). Gonna try going into Boston and see if I can get a better deal. But it's not too bad I guess”

“I have nothing but positive experience with this store. A few months ago I was there with my friend who was buying a MacBook Air, no appointment and the transaction was smooth. A few days ago I walked in trying to wipe out data on old phone since I got the new iPhone 15plus working fine. Nathan fixed it in a few minutes after I googled it and tried for hours, Nathan was courteous, friendly, and professional. Later that day, I walked back because I decided to trade in the old phone to buy a new iPad, I got the assistance right away, the transaction was again smooth and professional. I feel the store has good work flow and the stuff is well trained. I do know why the total rating is so low?! Personally, I will keep on using this store for my Apply products needs.”
