Love this little store! Excellent quality children’s clothing - everything from play clothes, dress clothing for special occasions, jackets, coats, shoes and boots. Some items are brand new complete with original tags! The store is well organized. Their prices are reasonable and they regularly have items on sale. The women who own the store are helpful, but not pushy. Highly recommend!

I’ve visited this store a handful of times the first few were good experiences. Friendly conversation. I love the idea of children’s consignment. The store itself is well organized with items ranging from good but noticeably used/washed condition, but then every once in a while you’ll see a brand new or lightly worn item. I was so excited to go and try and consign some of my children’s items. I got the same mention of “high quality, brand name”. I brought in a ton of stuff and was told they weren’t good quality(not true) and out of date(also not true). I take great pride and care in my children’s clothes and was shocked when they took maybe 8 items for a total of $10. I was also told people don’t wear ugg boots during this season- as I had 2 pairs with me. Ummm what?

I shopped here in the past and had a terrible experience. I decided to give it another try this past week and had another horrible experience. I went into the store because they had a big sign out front reading "50% off blue tags". When myself, my son and my mother entered the store a worker came up to us and asked us if we needed help in an extremely rude, judge-mental way, just by the way she said it you could tell she was almost annoyed that we were there. We continued to shop around and a male came in looking for clothes for his daughter, this same worker went up to him and again, was just so beyond rude. I found a cute pair of shoes for my son that had a blue tag on it, I started walking towards the counter and again, that same worker goes " those aren't on sale" I replied with "oh, they have a blue tag" she said "yeah no shoes aren't apart of the sale" and laughed. I was shocked and immediately left the store. You would think they would specify that on the sign or honor the blue tag sale for everything like the signs says. Everything this women said and did was with an attitude, when we left my mother was completely shocked at the way the worker was acting and we both said we definitely will never go back there after that experience. After looking at reviews I am very glad this hasn't just happened to me but not I'm wondering why nothing has been done about this very apparent and repetitive issue... Also: Everything in the store is beyond overpriced, I'd rather go to TJ Maxx and spend the same for a brand new outfit and way better customer service.

I Absolutely Love Children's Orchard!!! I have been going ever since my youngest son was 2yrs of age,now he is 31....I love shopping for great Prices and Great Quality! Mom and Daughter are very Genuine ,Sweet and so hopeful ? I also shop for Family and Friends....and will continue to do So.Thank you Ladies for a Great shopping experiences ❤️

Been going to this place for years, Carla one of the owners has always been super helpful and kind to my wife and I. They always have designer clothes for great prices and amazing sales. I found suits and matching outfits that everyone loves on him. They also have amazing toys for kids too. Great seasonal outfits as well. I highly recommend this place, why pay so much for clothes that your kid will wear a few times then outgrow :)

We love going to the Children’s Orchard in Norwood! They always have a great selection of clothes for all ages. Carla always gives us outstanding service and we always look forward to seeing her when we go in.

I had gone to buy my toddler some clothes and asked the lady up front (I believe she’s the owner) about selling some clothes he no longer fits in - She dismissed me by saying she only sells brand name clothes and that they only buy quality items.. She seemed agitated and annoyed by my mother and I. This was a while ago but I still think about how she treated me. She will give you close to nothing for your items and will sell double for what she gave you.. Seen her do it with someone trying to sell clothes.

We love children's orchard! Visiting the store has become a part of our typical Saturday routine after attending swim lessons. It's rare that will leave without finding some great gems. We've been lucky to find very affordable designer options, great toys that are very gently used by brands like Leapfrog and Melissa &Doug, and toddler shoes that are reasonably priced. Great option for all of your kids needs.

Had a really amazing shopping experience today at Children’s Orchard in Norwood! Owners were so friendly to my daughter and I! Store is beyond clean and organized and so affordable!!! I shopped for both of my girls and left super happy! Will be happily back again soon!

The quality of the clothes in the store is beyond me when they are so particular when taking items "based on season" they don't have any concept of what's in and current, probably need to get some younger staff, maybe kinder ones for sure. They are always short and snippy...like y'all aren't busy .. everrrr so y'all have plenty of time to polish those customer service skills. Store also needs a good cleaning ... and when I say clean I don't mean organize I mean like the carpet , the walls, the old shelving..store just gives dated.

I just found this gem of a store searching for slightly used baby items for my daughter expecting her first child . I am thrilled with what I was able to find . Items were exactly what I was looking for . Name brands and prices were excellent . The shop owner Carla was just wonderful to work with and even helped me load everything neatly in my car . I will be a regular customer for sure . So much easier that chasing things down on fb marketplace . Shop local ❤️❤️❤️

So rude. I’ve been in there twice and have tried to call to make an appointment to sell and they are just always so rude and super grumpy about everything. At this point if you don’t want to be there and everyone is just bothering you, sell the place. Place has gone all the way down hill.
