I brought in a vintage watch for repair; Philippe evaluated it and sent it on to his repair person. Philippe texted me at least twice to let me know the status of the repair, and when it was ready, the pickup was smooth and easy and the bill was only $138.00 which seems very reasonable to me -- and a one-year warranty is included. The warm welcome and personal attention I received, even for a small item such as this, is a wonderful thing.The shop, if you've never been in, is also a treat for the senses. Glittering jewelry nicely displayed in a layout that's bright and non-intimidating. A must-visit next time you're in Norwood Center!

I have had the best possible experience with Chelala you could ask for. I came in January 2022 looking for an engagement ring. Phillippe and Pascale (husband and wife) had the perfect ring for my now Fiance. Pascale has great taste. A beautiful hand crafted, one of a kind ring that fit perfectly and was exactly all the attributes we were looking for. They appraised the ring for me and it turned out to be worth more than the selling price. They were incredibly fair with pricing, incredibly patient to support me and my Fiance in picking out the exact ring. You do not come here to buy jewelry. You come here to be taken care of, to be listened to, and to have your needs met with authentic, high quality jewelry. you come here to build a partnership. Extremely rude. They pretend to be a small time husband and wife jewelry shop but they are dishonest at best. They do not do repairs in house and sub contract their work, but assure you they do it in house by trained jewelers. They grossly up charge their products, repairs and services. They do not keep track of their tickets and they are difficult to get a hold of. Poor quality service and poor quality product with top of the line prices. Would not recommend.

One of the things I never want to do again is find a business I trust with my jewelry. Even after reading reviews.. I'd walk around with rings too big or stop wearing something bc the stress of worrying about finding a trustworthy Jeweler wasn't worth the headache. Enter Chalala Jewelers. After a horrid experience at another business I found myself here, as the name stood out from great reviews in the past. The owner was the most genuine and kind hearted person you'd want to know have handling your monetary and sentimentally valuable items. When you know, you know! If you're in a bind or looking for a new jeweler, definitely check out this great business in Norwood!
