Experience was excellent. Everything was clear with very little haggling. Dealership is clean and inventory ample. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and made the process painless. Financing was easy and the options were presented to me clearly. i would buy another car there without hesitation.

I called service to see if they could reflash my Fiat with latest software for drive train. After much research I have learned that this will reset my transmission shifting pattern to factory specs. I was told immediately that maybe something is wrong with my transmission. I explained again the service I was seeking and asked if they had the equipment to do this work. I heard a long pause and then I was told they could do it but I would be responsible for anything that goes wrong with my transmission afterwards. I was hoping to hear a simple .. yes we can do that and inspect your car and see if this is appropriate. There have been many articles on doing this through a service bulletin for PCM reflash which has corrected this concern that I have. Another Mopar dealer that says Fiat but my level of comfort is low that they have a certified Fiat mechanic.

Bunch of lying crooks! They gave me a quote. I came back couple weeks later to purchase the car. My salesman quoted me a price that was $1000 more. When i told him that this was the case he assured me that it's exactly the same price that he'd quoted me prior. So being too naive, I went ahead with the purchase, only to realize later when I got home that he in fact added $1000. When I confronted him on the phone later that day he was very dismissive. Was not willing to make it right. In any case, don't buy from these people , they will scam you. Bunch of crooks!

Hands down worst dealership i have ever been to. i had a leased jeep, i was trying to end my lease when it was up and have them return to Allly but they claimed that i owed them $300.00 for a safety check they did for me to buy out the lease even though i was not buying the jeep. they said if i didnt pay the $300 i would have to take the jeep and leave, Dean Mazzola a supposed manager was insanly rude and called me a dead beat. I now had to take a jeep i am no longer leasing home and have to figure out how to end the lease and return the jeep to ally. Never buy or lease from this place!! you will regret it.

We had a fantastic experience working with Karl - he was friendly and helpful! We test drove a Jeep and loved it. Karl did a great job answering our questions and pointing out all the features of the car. They only had one Jeep in the (used) model we wanted in stock and it was a bit beyond our price range, but Karl was able to work with us and his manager to get the car in our price range! We picked up the car a few days later with plates and everything. It was such a great experience and a smooth process - I can't recommend this dealership and working with Karl enough! We love our new Jeep and feel confident we found a great car that will be able to handle years of adventures and road trips!

Haven't dealt with worse post purchase service in my whole life. Impossible to get a hold of, re-connected 3 or 4 times with most times going to a voicemail. Legitimately considering selling my car and buying somewhere else just so I don't have to deal with this business.

By far the worst experience i've ever had at a dealership EVER! Took my car in for a basic oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. Said they would do a complimentary multipoint inspection. Got a call saying that they did an oil change and tire rotation but wasn't able to do the alignment because of some rust. Listed off a bunch of things that were rusted and need replacing. I asked for a print out of what needs to be replaced and how much it would cost to fix each thing so I can chip away at it, and they down right refused (very odd for a dealership). Basically said "we don't give print outs do you want to spend the $6,000 to fix it or not." Asked about the multi-point inspection, said they did one, same thing no print out. Still ended up charging me $170 for an alignment they didn't do AND then when I looked on the receipt it said they didn't need to do a tire rotation because the front tires were in better condition than the back tires. But still charged me $20 for a tire rotation they didn't do.

Terrible service department. Made appointment 2 week ago and made a 8:30 appointment so drop off my jeep . 9am came and I decide to call to find out the status of my Jeep. Service manager said that service advisor will call me . 1:30 came I text Service advisor and asked for update please advise. Then 3:00 came and I called Service advisor and got voicemail. I left message needed update on my Jeep. I called again at 5 :25 and was told that all went home and no response on my jeep. I don't know how any one can think that this was okay to ignore a customer just trying to find out about his vehicle . Even if your busy 1 phone call I won't have written this post.

On 3/4/2022 I purchased a Jeep Compass from Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM Fiat of Norwood located at 56 Boston-Providence Highway in Norwood. I had an overall positive experience when purchasing the vehicle and was approved for a monthly payment through CapitalOne financing that I was happy with. I drove off with my new car that same day. 20+ days later I received notice from CapitalOne that my monthly payment went up by $40 a month. After a lot of stress, long phone calls and immeasurable frustration, I learned the following: The dealership noticed an error with my original finance contract after it was signed and submitted to CapitalOne. This was an error made by Mijie Andrade, the dealership's Finance Manager. This error benefited me & not the dealership. Without any notice to me & without contacting me at all regarding the problem- Mijie Andrade took it upon herself to draft a new contract, fixing the dealership's problem, and submitted an "updated" contract to CapitalOne after FORGING MY SIGNATURE throughout the entire contract!! My co-signers signature was also forged! I brought this to the attention of Norwood Police who told me that criminal charges would not be brought against the dealership or Mijie Andrade because the elements of the crime were not met. I was told that is because I did not lose any money due to the fraud. The only reason I was not defrauded was because I caught the problem and identified the forgery so quickly. I did not allow myself to be defrauded and because of this the dealership and Mijie Andrade were not criminally charged for completing a criminal act. Tom Eysie, the dealership's General Manager, acknowledged that the signatures were forged by Mijie Andrade. Tom originally acted apologetic and appeared as if he was going to be very understanding until there was a final resolution to this problem. However, once the dealership felt that they had done "enough" in terms of resolving the problem they were not shy about telling me as such. I have had the General Manager Tom Eysie say to me that I have "already been overcompensated for any inconvenience that this may have caused [me]". This was told to me when I requested documentation from him acknowledging the forgery. I requested this document to supplement my credit bureau dispute. I am now fighting to have that falsified loan removed from my credit reports. I was denied this documentation. I was repeatedly called "demanding", "impatient" and "unappreciative" by Tom Eysie prior to his abrupt exit from our in-person meeting. Tom was the first to exit the room in which the meeting took place. Suddenly walked out in the middle of me speaking and stated "call your attorney and sue me" as he left the room. The dealership is 100% not taking this issue seriously. No progress is ever made toward a resolution unless I am in constant contact with the dealership to ensure it is being handled. I left the country for 8 days and had no contact with the dealership during that time. Absolutely nothing was done regarding a resolution during this time. I was called "impatient" for not allowing them more time after re-bringing it to their attention. Mijie Andrade is still employed at the dealership and is still working as their Finance Manager. Mijie Andrade is still handling customer's finances and is still responsible for customer accounts and loans. I was even notified by CapitalOne that Mijie Andrade has accessed and continues to be involved with my account following the forgery! Completely unprofessional and extremely inappropriate. So if you like your credit score the way it is and don't want to be the victim of fraud/forgery....DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM CENTRAL JEEP IN NORWOOD! I hope this post saves at least one person from going through a similar situation with these people.

I recommend getting a car here and see Tony Okoh, he’s the best. They are a five star dealership, excellent service and staff.
