I recently needed repair services to my car.

John towed my car to their auto body shop after it was totaled in an accident. I was shook up and didn't know what to do and he gave me his card and told me to call him the next day- he would walk me through what will happen next and what to do. That was an understatement. John was such a valuable resource throughout the process of working with my insurance and clarifying what to do. He was always available to answer my questions and made a stressful situation much easier. I cannot thank him enough.

I had a sudden need for a front end alignment on a Sunday and the officer that stopped to assist recommended to have my car towed into their shop yard.I called the next day, and while Center Auto Body suggested I could have it towed to a shop of a national chain that was closer to me, I know by experience that getting a suggestion of a specific place from a local officer is usually the best choice around and I was right. Center Auto Body doesn't usually do just an alignment (they are a body shop first and foremost), but they were willing to call around and get the right part for my car ordered, and I got my car back in excellent shape with minimal fuss and maximum care in a shorter amount of time than I expected. The added recommendation that the front tires should be replaced (I was aware but a reminder never hurts) sealed their fate as being an A+ place in my eyes.

I absolutely love this place! I've had work done twice by them. They did an amazing job on my car each time! They're very nice and they have a great personality! They kept me in the loop of things. I felt comfortable with my car in their hands!! It's hard to trust people, especially when you're a female when it comes to cars and people fixing them. I would definitely recommend this place. They are really great! I will definitely be back if need be! Just hopefully not in the near future, lol. Thank you, guys, for everything!

I woke up this morning with a dead battery. I called this business and boom they said no problem they sent someone over right away and before you know it I was on my way. Quick easy and painless I HIGHLY RECOMMEND center auto body they very fast and efficient and extremely nice to work with. Thank you all at center auto body!!!!!

They put dirty, oily equipment on my clean seats so when I got the car back there was dark mud and grease on my nice fabric. They couldn’t lay down a tarp before they put whatever it was on my obviously clean seats? And these were large stains that covered the whole back of my car. They also left dirty stains on the interior of my car door. It took them about two months to fix what was really not that much damage; luckily, I wasn’t in dire need of a vehicle at the time, or I’d have been s*** outta luckServices: Tires

I used Center Auto Body to fix my Civic years back and had a great experience, however my recent experience with them fixing my X5 was less than adequate. The body work looks amazing, perfect paint match and no noticeable gaps for the most part, however within 1 week of getting my car back, the turn signal filled up with water. I called them and brought it to their attention, and they told me that they were going to order the part and have it all set and give me a call when it got in. That was back at the end of September. We are now in the middle of November and I still have not received a call or any update as to when the part is coming in. Not to mention communication was awful. They did not call once to offer me any sort of timeline as to when my car would be done, kept saying it would be done by the end of the week when I would call (This went on for 3-4 weeks). They had the car for about two months and I had one of my coworkers at BMW inspect the headlight to see if there was any leaks inside, and they found that the headlight was cracked and they repaired it with glue. Seriously. Crack a $2000 headlight and give it to the customer fastened with glue? Unacceptable. Very unprofessional and it's unfortunate because I have family members who have had their cars repaired here and have had no issues. Will be going to a BMW certified shop in the future.Services: Painting
