Test drove car 12/15/23. Paid $1K deposit. Told 12/15 we would not buy. No refund. 3 calls, 5 people. It's Awful that they need $1K to stay afloat. RUN AWAY !! The old Boch is gone:(

I have purchased from Boch in the past, and will never go there again. My son made an appointment to check out a car on 3/30 at 5:30PM. Boch called him that day to confirm the appointment. We drove an hour to check it out, and he was prepared to buy it if everything was good. When we arrived, a salesperson sat us at his desk, and went to get the keys. He came back and apologized and said the caar was sold an hour ago. Nobody called to tell him. They never asked for a deposit to hold the car, so we assumed everything was good. Very unprofessional.

I've had a very pleasant experience dealing with Hyundai & Genesis Service Advocate David Hernandez, He was very informative and easy to deal with, Overall just a very pleasant experience, It's nice to deal with people who take pride in their job
