I bought a brand new suburban and too many problems with it. Front ac is cooling and the ac in the back is heating. When I took the truck to Norwood Chevrolet, they said they can’t do anything about it and it kept happening so they won’t fix it and just say they are sorry. Worst customer service.

The best experience from beginning to end. I came from another dealership, which I have been driving their cars for 20 years, and their offers were horrible. The best they could do was a Corolla for $3000 down and $340 a month. At the time I was paying $241 a month for a RAV4 and I didn’t put $3000 down. So I decided to stop into Chevy and I’m glad I did.

I'm very disappointed in my experience today. I went to the dealership with checkbook in hand, ready to purchase a car. I had one in mind I had seen advertised and I already own the exact same car (year. model, and color) so it was going to be a pretty easy transaction. Look the car over, make sure it was in good condition, a quick drive to ensure everything felt OK, negotiate the price, write the check and pick up the car tomorrow.
Sadly, this is not how it played out.
There was no one at the front greeters desk but there were 3 people at the desk behind and they acknowledged me promptly, greeted me and introduced me to a sales person right away. I went to his office, we chatted as I told him what I wanted. He said he would get the keys and be right back. A minute or two later, he came back and told me the car was at service and it would take 5 minutes to get the car. He left and I waited. Then I waited, and I waited and I waited. After 20 minutes of no car and no sign of the sales person, I just left. Time is valuable and if you can't even have the courtesy to come back and let me know what the delay is, or, ask me if I would like to schedule for a different time, I wasn't going to waste my time there any longer.
Update: The salesman took the time to find me through my business and sent me an email apologizing for what had happened. Due to this effort on his part, I did go back to look at the car and it was there waiting when I arrived. The only negative I had was that there was some body damage on the hatch that you didn't really see in the pictures (it looked like a reflection) that he could have disclosed before I drove back to the dealership.
I give the salesman credit for going above and beyond to try to find me.

The sales staff and especially one of the sales managers Tom went far above is duties to help with the lease of our vehicle. I have purchased throughout the years over 6 vehicles with Tom. He is truly an asset to Boch Chevrolet

Always great service! Wonderful staff especially Mike Andrade, Max and Yvonne. Take great care of my car and are very kind to me. Work done timely. Like working on my car problems with them because they, especially Mike, are willing to listen to my concerns and make sure the get addressed properly and timely.

Had a great first experience this past weekend with Nucar Chevy of Norwood. Scott F was amazing to work with and we were able to get a great deal on a new 2024 equinox! We picked up the car two days later and Scott even stayed late for me to pick up the car after work. Very pleased with this dealership and the employees we met and would definitely recommend!
