Specifically asked them not to shoot my credit information to a bunch of banks and they did the complete opposite of what i asked. Then they told me i need a bigger down payment or a co signer for a used car when i was approved for a brand new car days before and i did not need either. I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy they suck!

Very very very bad experience. From the moment I dropped my car off to picking it up. - The service intake team mixed up my file with another persons, so any update that was happening to the other person's car was being sent to me. - Even after addressing the issue that our files got mixed (via text, their main source of communication.. I guess) they continued to send me the other person's updates and even the repair costs!- My service advisor, Leanne was not responsive and getting through to her for questions or concerns was almost impossible. - When I went to pick up my car, I went up to the register and was stuck waiting to get rung out for my bill, while the employees were flirting and goofing off. - Brought my car to the body shop because the dealership does not do exterior work and the body shop needed an itemized list of what exactly was done to my car to request a supplement to my insurance but the dealership was unable to provide that to me... but was able to provide me that same itemized list for the other person's vehicle that was mixed up? Yeah... never coming back here again.

Service is extremely slow. If you like 4-5 hour oil changes this is the place for you!The cashier became upset because I was reviewing the details of the service I had performed prior to signing it. She told me multiple times "sign the bottom line sir". I explained to her I'm reading it and will sign when I'm done. "Just sign the bottom line sir". At this point I laughed at her and finished reading my service contract before signing it. The service advisors use certain verbage and tactics to make you believe they are in your best interest "I did this for you"! You can get your oil changed at a better price and spend three less hours waiting elsewhere. Once again, if you enjoy waiting hours on end for an oil change BMW Gallery of Norwood is your place!

This is, without a doubt, the absolute best dealership in Massachusetts. Let me tell you why: their level of friendliness and professionalism is unmatched. The service they provide is exceptional and lightning-fast. They go above and beyond by offering you detailed information and videos, ensuring that you understand exactly what needs to be taken care of with your vehicle. In addition, they provide alternative payment options like Sunbit, allowing you to receive the service you need now and pay for it later. The dealership itself is impressively organized and immaculate. Waiting for my car is never a hassle because the entire staff at this location is absolutely fantastic to work with. However, I must give special recognition to two individuals who truly make my experience extraordinary: Anabel G and Despina K. These two individuals are an unstoppable force, always on top of their game with service appointments, meticulous work sheets, and detailed receipts. They are incredibly helpful and possess an abundance of knowledge. It's an absolute pleasure knowing that I will be fully taken care of and completely satisfied. Without fail, I leave with a beaming smile on my face. In short, this dealership reigns supreme in Massachusetts and I have unwavering confidence in their ability to deliver exceptional service.

I purchased a $45,000 pre owned vehicle from Norwood BMW at the end of April. Within a weeks time of owning the vehicle my wife noticed the sunroof was not working. I was instructed by Norwood BMW to bring the car back to repair the sunroof. After two weeks of them having the vehicle and performing "repairs" I received the car back. After the first rain storm my wife was in with the car for we found that now the sunroof had a terrible water leak filling my one year old daughters car seat. After having it checked out by another dealer it was determined that corners were cut on the repair to save money and because of that a massive was leak was created. I spent weeks reaching out to the saleswoman (Liz), sales manager (Tom Macdonald) with no response. Meanwhile my wife's car had water leaking throughout the entire headliner and through all the interior roof lights. We did our best to keep it garaged, but unfortunately with this years rain that wasn't always possible. I was finally able to get permission from the sales manger to bring the car to another dealer of my choice for an estimate of the repairs. As Norwood BMW took months to finally get back to me to resolve this issue I now not only need a sunroof assembly (initial problem), but I also need the car's interior to be cleaned and the headliner to be replaced (mold). I tried for weeks to communicate with the sale manager of the repair findings to seek approval for repair, so I could get my car back. After multiple messages with the sales manager, and numerous staff members, I finally reached out to Alex Archer the General manager. I was called back by Alex and explained to him my unfortunate situation. He right away made the statement that his dealership shouldn't have helped me with the sunroof repair to begin with, but already had, so now-he would have to look into it. I questioned how an item not working on a $45,000 with in days of ownership wouldn't be something they would take care of. His answer was that it wasn't a safety item so it wasn't their problem. I would think creating a moldy environment for my four child and my wife is a safety item. At the end of the call he instructed me to forward him the repair estimate I had received from my ford dealer. He told me he would call me back the following day. This morning has been over a week and I still haven't heard from Alex or his staff. I have left multiple voicemails, etc. I can clearly see the staff gets it's communication skills from its leadership. I find this to be very sad. I was finally able to reach Alex via email this afternoon and was promised a call back from his Sales manager today. Still no call back. I have been in the automotive industry for over thirty years I can honestly say I have never dealt with such a unprofessional, uncaring dealership. I now have to return my loaner vehicle that my ford dealer had comped me to save Norwood BMW money on the repair, as I can't get any answers or approvals. This whole ordeal has caused a lot of stress to my wife and I, not to mention the lost time spend chasing down people to help me. I strongly urge people to think twice about doing business with this dealership, as once you sign on the dotted line they could care less about helping you.

Was charged $119 for a vehicle check on 9/11/2023. In the description Tires were part of the inspection. Today my tire pressure monitor goes off so I check the tire pressure. Both front tires were 31 psi, supposed to be 33 psi. Not too far off. Left rear 41 psi, right on target. Right rear tire 29....the ball was clearly dropped. I get email after email about having a high end vehicle and the maintenance needs of the vehicle. I agree it is a high end vehicle to bad I didn't receive high end care. Clearly I don't share the experience of others and the stellar service others have received. Also have to tire and wheel package and bought the vehicle used with a gouge in the rim. Didn't see it until the paperwork was done and I was taking delivery. My salesman told me not to worry and it can be addressed at some point. Not the case as BMW Norwood was nice enough to tell me they could repair it for $190 and that my wheel and tire package doesn't cover what they deemed to be cosmetic. Buyer beware! A lesson learned hard is a lesson learned well. Won't be going back, ever!

Copied from my Google review.Note, I purchased my 2022 M850i Coupe from this dealership.6/22 Dropped off carI dropped off the car for a simple rim repair (rear driver) (I have the warranty) and they noticed that I had air bubbles in my front tires, which I appreciate. I also mentioned that there is water getting trapped in my door jamb lights, and they said they would take care of that for me under warranty. Got my own ride home, no loaners available. They also suggested I get an inspection, so I opted for that as well.6/26 Picked up carI was notified that my car was ready to pick up (they needed the entire weekend to fix it because their wheel refinishing guy wasn't available earlier). However, when I checked the status from the link they sent me, it said my inspection was deferred. Had to call to ask what that was about, and they got it done for me.I got a ride to the dealership, and checked in to pick up my car. They did not fix that water issue in my door jambs, and I told them, but I needed the car so I couldn't leave it. (Still no loaners) Drove home.6/28 Came to pick up car, saw its condition, left it to be fixedI noticed that my front wheels (both sides) had substantial damage to them, major scraping around the edges, and I could tell it was from when they mounted new tires on them. I brought it back, they acknowledged that the damage was not pre-existing and admitted fault, and took my car in to fix it at no cost. Still no loaners, so I had to be shuttled home by one of the employees. They also said they would take care of that water issue from before (that they've forgotten several times now). They guys in the service center check-in acknowledged all of my issues and were also aware of the damages. Even people from the service desk came out to see the damage and acknowledged that they screwed up.Keep in mind, I had already left my car here for so many days, and my car was originally here to REFINISH one of my rims. So they did refinish my rim, and then damaged two of them. Brought in one rim with damage, and came out with two.6/30 Came to pick up car, ended up leaving itI got notified that the car was done today. Got a ride there and they brought out the vehicle. Rims look good. They fixed ONE of my door jamb seal issues. ??? The driver's side was not fixed at all, and I could still see it was flooded with water. The service person texted me and said they didn't need to fix it because it was fine... This is unacceptable. This isn't even the worst part. I take a look around my car to double check. Part of my paint on my driver's side door is completely chipped off, not even like a small door ding. Right on the body line. All the way down to the metal. So now, I have to leave it again, and it's already been there for so many days because it seems to always come out with more problems than I brought it in with. The guys from service reviewed the pictures from when I dropped it off, and they acknowledge AGAIN that it was fine before, and that they caused the damage. The entire door will need to be sanded and repainted, which is a lengthy and difficult process, and I STILL have no loaner. It's also extremely difficult to paint match, so I am also concerned that my car will not look the same.I understand that it is difficult to get one right now, but when they are continuously at fault and still unable to compensate me after all of this inconvenience, it is extremely frustrating. So all in all, I have been back and forth to this dealership, taking time off of work, getting rides from family and friends, and every time, they have returned the car to me in worse shape than before. And they still haven't fixed one of the issues I asked them to do from the beginning.Me and my family members have purchased 3 cars from this dealership within the last year (2022 M850i, 2021 M340i, 2023 X3), and I cannot recommend it in good faith with an experience like this. I cannot believe that this is the level of care that they give to my car, and even after all of their shortcomings, nothing

Excellent service department. Friendly service advisors. There always available to help you for emergency repairs without appointments. There value services are competitive with non-factory shops. In the many years I have been a customer with this service department I have never had a bad experience.

I don't usually write reviews but I cannot allow such an establishment get away with my experience at this dealership. I walked into this dealership on a Saturday afternoon wearing sweatpants and sneakers, and I do look young for my age. I went to the front desk and had to ask to be helped by a sales rep. The receptionist then proceeded to approach one Caucasian male rep, he looked at me and declined to assist me. Then she went to another Caucasian male rep who was not busy at all and he did the same thing. Looked at me and refused to offer help while he's just standing around his desk looking at me and doing nothing but twiddling his thumbs. Finally she approaches a black woman sitting in a car in the showroom, who I earlier presumed was a customer by her lack of professionalism. She agreed to help me because it turns out she was actually a sales rep. I was immediately turned off by this experience and in disbelief that my appearance played such a critical role in the service I received. These people are racist and judgmental and quite frankly had no idea who I am and what I do for work. I was ready to make a purchase on the spot but after that encounter I left soon after. They could never have my money.

I came in to look at a used Volvo XC90 and trade in my 2019, X3 M40i with 18k miles. We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and wanted to bring our business back- we were VERY disappointed with our last experience and will not be even servicing our cars here anymore. After test driving the Volvo XC90, I was speaking with Sales (Tom) and he said "42k trade-in was fair and would cover fixing the rims on the Volvo." Keep in mind- my KBB trade-in value was 42-45k. When we sat down, to talk numbers, and go over everything, Tom then came and said the Sales Manager would give me 40k for my car!!! I was shocked because Tom had just said he thought that 42 was fair. OKAY.... so we are going backwards now. I pushed and they offered 41k... however, why would I agree to 41k when 42 was already on the table? I needed to head home at this point. A few days go by the Sales Manager- Mike calls and said his final offer is 41,500 plus fixing the rims on Volvo. The same day Tom then is texting me saying that "nobody wins" unless I accept their offer. This is not how deals are made and loyal customers are treated. We will not be using this dealership and would STRONGLY recommend others to use South Shore BMW- they are excellent.

Highly recommend BMW Norwood not only does it have amazing parking but amazing staff. Dee sold me my very first BMW and she made the experience so easy. I never bought a luxury car nor had a car payment, so I went in with a lot of anxiety. However, their pricing is unmatched and service is impeccable. I also got a cute bow today when I picked up my car!!
