I bought a car from BidCars Boston in July and the car had a few issues that were identified by an independent pre purchase inspection.I was less than hopeful that these would be covered and I made an appointment with Brandon over the phone and it was a breeze when i explained the issues to him, his colleague mentioned they will be conducting a separate investigation to verify the problems.Surely enough, within an hour Brandon calls me back to affirm that the parts were ordered and my car would be ready the next day!All this took merely 1 day and it was all covered by the warranty which saved me a huge bill.I would highly recommend this Servicer Center. (This is the first time am writing a google review without anyone asking me or urging me to).

Brandon and the guys are Automall are top notch. Couldn't have had a better experience. I bought a lift kit, new wheels and new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. I have seen countless lifted Jeeps here so I knew they've modified plenty of them before. Not only did they get my Jeep in to do the work at my convenience but Brandon drove to my house with a truck to pick up the parts as I couldn't fit them all in one shot. On the day of the install, Brandon sent pictures of all the parts and pictures at different stages of the install. You can tell these guys care about cars and especially their customers. The Jeep looks incredible and I would definitely recommend going here for any modification or service needs.

I heard a sound coming from my 16 year old son’s brakes that concerned me. I brought it into Automall for a brake evaluation, not knowing what to expect. It was especially stressful, because we had purchased the car less than a month before from a local used car dealership. I was able to get the car evaluated next-day. Automall staff were professional and courteous, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly, and worked out payment with the dealership. If there’s one thing 16 year old boys need in life, it’s brakes! I’m grateful for their thorough evaluation and quick response and repair, and for a safe teen driver.Service: Brake service & repair
