“Erik at Land Rover is the guy you want to buy a car from. He’s calm, knowledgeable, and available. He understands that purchasing a luxury car isn’t something that can be pushed or rushed. He let me take my time but also followed up. When I decided to move forward he was patient and showed me all of the functionality of the car. When I called him with a tech question, he answered right away and immediately knew what I was talking about and how to fix it. Justin in the finance department was also great. I was able to complete the lease paperwork with him virtually which was one of the best parts of this process.”

He gave me honest and reasonable feedback on the repair cost and time estimates. All in all, he was incredibly helpful in my car repairing process. What stood out to me the most was how he communicated what needed to be done, called to say when the insurance adjustor came, when parts were ordered, etc. which is very rare these days to be kept abreast throughout the process. I needed to recharge my AC in my beloved 2011 E90. Olivia throughly researched the issue for my vehicle specifically while, informing me of the problem and required solution. She assisted providing critical yet understandable information; not only remedying the issue but, sharing her knowledge for my potential future benefit. I don’t just remedy my issue, I gained a deep understanding of the AC system, through Olivia’s incredible customer service.
Ultimately, instead of the $1k BMW quoted for my AC recharge, she assisted with finding the right AC recharge at a fraction of the cost and with the utmost care and patience!!

“Today I took my 2021 cross track in for my 3rd oil change. Also, my tire pressure light has been coming on for a while now I wanted to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it. The end of the story is : " they told me I had repaired my front tire already and there's a leak around the plug where they fixed the tire." The problem was I never fixed my tire. I never had an issue with it. I am the only driver of the car. There's only two explanations when they sold me my new car in New Hampshire. It came with a plug in the tire or it was changed when I had my oil change done at the Subaru dealer. ( which is really strange and probably does not make much sense either) whatever happened to my tire.... they took really good care of me because I am on a budget and there was no explanation how that happened!!! Thanks again!”
