Fair price for rentals however the customer service is awful. Gentleman who answers the office phone had a bad attitude every time I called. Zero communication on when things were getting dropped off or picked up. So when I called to ask he just seems annoyed by my phone call.Tables and chairs in abused condition. Luckily this was for an informal cookout - would never consider or recommend for a wedding or more important event!

Left us completely up a creek. Ordered tables and chairs for the dinner we were hosting, got a confirmation email with a pickup time so assumed we were locked in. Day of the pickup the location was closed and didn’t pick up any of their listed phone numbers. The location is in disrepair with cracked windows and filthy equipment. We ended up needing to BUY 600$ worth of table and chairs from Lowe’s on our own. Can’t believe they are still in business. They really shouldn’t be. 0 stars.

Had one of our soldier's pick up a pop corn machine from here. When I saw it, it was in horrible condition; pealed paint, rust all over, and dirty glass. Its the kind of pop corn machine you find in a horror move at a creepy carnival. Im surprised there wasnt an eyeball or a finger in the machine. Luckily we rented this p.o.s. for a Halloween party so I figured it fit the ambiance. We plugged it in and it wouldn't work, the wire had 1 inch hanging out of the machine and inside one of them was fried. It was a fire hazzard and worthless.The pictures of this place make it look newly panted- it isnt. When I arrived at the location to return the machine I though I was at a dump. The entire place looks like it is one disappoint customers away from being a crime scene. Google has to help a girl out and put a 0 or an option to start subtracting stars. This place just lost 164 customers and gained free advertisements to not rent from there.

Awesome place, you can rent just about anything from there. I was helped immediately when I walked in, he was friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. They had what I needed and I had the paperwork signed and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be back in the future.

We rented a tent, table and chairs and that was fine. They set it up a couple days early and left it an extra day which was nice because we had time to clean up... however when the tent arrived the 2 chafing dishes we asked for did not arrive. I called and told them and they said they would check to see if they had them and if they could deliver them that day or the next. I never got a call back. We made do without them so when they came to pick up the tent I told them how the chafing dishes were never delivered. The guy apologized and said he would check to make sure I wasn't charged for them. If I was he would refund that amount. I never saw a refund and still don't know if I paid for them or not because I never received and itemized bill. Sad that the service was so bad because we've rented from them many times before without issue.

We rented a bounce house for my son's birthday and it was a huge hit! They delivered it and set it up on a Friday and then picked it up the following Monday so we had a whole weekend for $130. Would definitely rent from again.

I tried to rent tables and chairs for Thanksgiving. The day I placed the order I called and confirmed it was received. The day before my pick up I received an invoice and contract to sign. Both of these would suggest they intended to fulfill my rental.The day of my pick up (Wednesday) I arrived 2 hours before their listed closing time. The doors were locked, lights were off, and no one was answering the phone. I called multiple times and left a voicemail, but no one ever answered. I never got the tables and chairs I was counting on for Thanksgiving. It has been over a week and no one has called me to explain why my rental was ignored.If you want a rental company you can count on, look elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Our pump was making terrible noises and stopped working all day Sunday. When I finally was able to speak to a manager after three different phone calls, he told me that the pump was working fine (I have pictures of the broken plastic pieces inside the pump and several adult witnesses). He actively chose not to believe me and was very rude. After much arguing, he finally offered to refund $100 for the weekend. It has been five weeks since the phone conversation and no refund has been issued. I have called 5 times with zero responses. Do not rent from here. The manager could care less about customer service and actually doing his job.

1 star only because I have to. The worst experience ever. When I think about it I get mad all over again. I had an event this past Saturday. I booked for tents tables and chairs. Two weeks to the event. I called twice a week leading up onto the day to confirm certain information regarding my event. Every time I called they were too busy to talk to me, keep me on hold and then hang up. No contracts, poor customer service but they guaranteed me a tents tables and chairs.This is not even the worst part. The day of my event ( bridal shower for my sister) I started calling them by 7 am to ensure a time for delivery. At 10 they said oh are you not coming to pick it up??WHAT!!! I told the man politely, no the agreement was that they would deliver and set it up, he said OK I will call you back.I didn't hear from them for 1 hour so I called. No one picked. I called and called, eventually I had my brother call from another number and they told him 1 hour arrival. 2 hours pass by this time it 12 and my event starts at 3. From 12 to three I called 3 times and each time they stated that eta is 1 hour. Can you believe all my guests had arrived with no where to sit, no canopy . I was so embarrassed.I would have respected them more if they would have told me the truth and said we can not make the delivery. But noooooo they kept dragging me till 4 pm when God just planted an idea in my head to google another company to see if they could just deliver tables and chairs last minute.Please whatever you do, do not call these people for anything . They are rude, neglectful,the poorest customer service I have ever known in my life and at the end of the day they failed to deliver. What a serious let down.BE WARNED

After I spent all my time looking for the right things to rent, called them and waited 2 hours for a call back which I never got, did the order online and then I had to call them back they don't deliver to Mattapan like Norwood is in another state. Horrible customer service, wouldn't recommend. Especially if u live in the hood. ??♀️

Joe doesn't pick up his phone and takes several days to return emails and voicemails. Even when I got him in the phone he couldn't provide assurance of the tent/tables/chair equipment that would be provided.
