I was recently in an auto accident and had my car towed to advanced collision. They were extremely professional and offered the highest level of customer service. I was very pleased and would absolutely use them again!

Very bad experience with Advanced Collision. After a hit and run and on the recommendation of Progressive insurance I brought my 2018 Tesla model 3 in for repairs. There was a three week delay on receiving the new bumper from Tesla and approximately two weeks for the body shop to make the repairs. After paying my deductible I drove off only to hear a loud banging sound coming from the front right quarter of the vehicle. Brought the vehicle back got back in the rental car again and I waited four days for them to call with an update. Repairs are made! Great! I drive back and pick up the car as I drive off I hear more banging sound this time it's a bolt stuck in the left front wheel. OK, things happen. It's a workshop I get it. They make the repairs and off I go only to discover that the senses around the vehicle or not working. Bring the vehicle back AGAIN and I jump back into my rental which is now costing me $40 a day and I wait and wait AND WAIT. Eight days and I reach out only to be told that they cannot fix the problem and suggested that I should bring the vehicle to a Tesla certified body shop. After speaking to the claims handler at progressive I brought the vehicle to the local Tesla service center and get put into another rental at $40 a day. Three days later I get a call from TESLA telling me that they cannot fix the sensor because they discovered that behind the new bumper there was extensive frame damage. The body shop basically did a Band-Aid fix hoping it wouldn't be discovered. TESLA said that there was only a few clips holding the bumper to the car and told me that is was a major safety concern. They tried to pull a fast one but got busted. They did offer to take a look at it and make amends but as far as I was concerned I wouldn't want them looking at my car again or anyone else's car. The insurance company opened an investigation on the body shop who knows what that will uncover all I know is that I'm out over $1500 for the cost of a rental car because this body shop did not do the work correctly. You've been warned.

Worst place to get a car done. Never in time

I was recommended to Advanced Collision by my grandfather to fix the back passenger side wheel well damage. They were super friendly and accommodating and quoted me much less than places in the city. It was even ready ahead of time which was fantastic and they buffed out a few extra scratches for no extra charge. I'd definitely come back for any additional work that I need!

If I could give this negative stars I would. Car was in an accident and my insurance agency had this placed as a authorized shop. They were nice but service was horrible. My car had exterior front and rear damage, but not that extensive. The first grievance was my adjuster said my car was ready one day as did the shop. However the shop then said it would be ready the next day, this wouldn't have been an issue, but they had my car for a long time. This was minor for what was to come. When I was finally able to pick my car up, they said everything is good and saw me off, however before I drove off, I noticed one of the sensors on the back of the car was broken in half. It was obvious and when I pointed it out, the gentleman was like, "oh, I guess we'll have to replace it." He did apologize, but having my car an extra day and then not seeing or caring about the sensor is ridiculous, and the fact it wasn't damaged in the accident. So he said to take the car home and he would order the part which would take a few days. He then said I would have to bring the car in during their hours, which he said I would the latest have to bring my car was 3:00 weekdays only. So this meant I had to take a half day from work so they can fix a mistake they made. Again, very unprofessional. The next time I drive my car after taking it home, it wouldn't start after parking it at my friends. I had to call AAA for a jump, and when the driver checked my battery he laughed as the connections were not fully fastened to the battery and they came off. This was dangerous situation as my car could have stalled out on the highway. The last thing to top the craptastic experience I had was an item from my trunk is missing. They deny seeing it but it was lost/taken when they had possession of it. It's sad when an item is lost/taken from a customer.

In short, avoid using them, check with your insurance if there is another body shop available. Very unprofessional. First and only time that I will have used them. Extremely disappointed.

I was in a bad accident and advanced collision was recommended by a friend who previously brought her car there for repairs. I was so thankful for the suggestion because they did great work with very reasonable prices! When I went to pick up my car it had been detailed inside and out, cleaner than I had seen in years! On a side note, the below claims of racism by reviewers who didn't even have their cars repaired here seem suspicious... I was treated with the utmost respect!

Had the worst expirience with this business. It started with the remote start they had installed in my car that does not work at all. They charged a mark up for installation but did not want to take any responsibility for it not working. My husband actually has a video of the conversation he had with the receptionist where she refuses to take any resposibilty for it not working and puts the blame on us for requesting that service like we made them do it or something. They did return the mark up amount. Then a week or so later the splash guard they installed started falling off in the begining I was just pushing the buttons back in on the right side. After our first snow accumulation it complete tore off and I called and spoke to Ted he was great answered my questions and when I asked if he needed the splash guard that had fallen he said no. 2 or 3 weeks went by and I was unable to get down there. When I called to see if the part was still there the receptionist said no and said that I supposed to come back a while ago and they returned the piece, fine I understand that my procrastination could have required them to return the piece and not call me. She then asked me to bring the splash guard in that ted told me I did not need to keep. She then made implications that it could have been damaged by driving into a snow bank and they need to inspect which completely opposite from the conversation I had with Ted. Her repeated implications of the repair needed being my fault infuriated me so much I went down to the shop and cussed the lady out. Now understandably they dont want to work with me but I thought Id share my customer experience and how not to cuss out the people that you need to do repairs for you no matter how rude and unprofessional they are..

Terrible experience! It took them over 3 weeks to fix a small amount of front end damage, then when I picked the car up there was a piece missing from the car and the work was not done correctly. I had to pay over $1,000 out of pocket for a rental because it took them so long to fix it. They covered a rental for 3 days to make additional repairs that shouldn't been done to begin with. THEN, I had to bring the car back AGAIN because the headlights were not hooked up correctly. What mechanic doesn't know how to plug in headlights? They took $200 off my $1,000 bill for my “troublesâ€, but it still cost me more since it took so long and I had to go back 3 times to have the car done correctly. Will never go here again.
