Marie did a great job on my arraingment, even adding a little more flowers than I paid for. The delivery was earlier than initially scheduled which was great, and my lady loved them. Will be going direct with Bella Mia Flowers over ordering through FTD, for all future flower arraingments in the future

A Bella Mia (aka Norton Florist) was incredibly speedy with same day delivery. That was terrific and earned them one star. The arrangement, however, was not what I ordered and paid for. I ordered the Brightest Smile Bouquet which is supposed to be filled with lilies, poms, roses, etc. in bright summer colors. Please note . . . not a cheap carnation or fern in sight. Instead my sister received purple and green carnations with excessive inexpensive greenery in lieu of flowers. I contacted the florist twice by email and once by detailed phone message, and received no call or email back. This sad looking vase of carnations came with a price tag of $100. I learned my lesson. Always read reviews before purchasing! This business is a fraud. They claim to sell artfully arranged floral arrangements and deliver instead super market flowers. I understand that substitutions are sometimes needed, but the two bouquets have literally nothing in common. So very disappointing. But, hey, thanks for the speedy delivery. My sister and I got a good laugh over the mess that arrived at her home. Purple and green carnations! Live and learn :-)

I live out of state and called the florist directly to make a delivery to a teacher in Norwood. I cannot believe I paid $100 for what could have been $7.99 at Trader Joe's. I'm actually embarrassed at what the recipient must have thought about what I sent.
I wanted to give the florist the benefit of the doubt that maybe they delivered the wrong arrangement, or there was some other mixup. I sent two emails and left a detailed voicemail asking for a call back but it's been several days and I haven't gotten a response.
I am posting a photo of what I ordered (on the right) versus what she got (on the left). Here's the description of what I ordered: "pink and lavender cube vase filled with beautiful pink snap dragons, white daisy, pink roses, white lily, pink alstro and much more"
What we received: a plain regular-shape vase, 0 snap dragons, 0 lilies, 0 alstroemeria, 5 roses (honestly I think they're baby roses), 3 anastasia and a few small carnations.
I totally understand that some substitutions might be made, but the difference between these two arrangements is not even close, in both the quality and quantity of flowers. Total disappointment. But more than that, I feel completely ripped off.

Do not buy any flowers from them, they charged me for flower and chocolate ( I choose my own design but at the delivery it was just simple flower) and no chocolate.

You should be embarrassed to call yourself florists. My boyfriend ordered me flowers on Valentine’s Day and weren’t delivered, my order was forgotten. The flowers were sent the next day, he ordered me red roses and what did I receive? White roses that are spray painted red. Really? This is what you send to customers? You can literally see the red spray paint on the green leaves. You should be embarrassed.

Do NOT order from here. My boyfriend ordered me red roses on Valentine's Day and they forgot to deliver my flowers. They sent the flowers the next day and I received WHITE roses that were spray painted red. They should be embarrassed to call themselves florists. You can literally see the red spray paint on the green leaves. Dont order from here.

If you look them up on the BBB they also get 1 star!My husband sent me flowers for Valentine’s Day. I understand it’s literally the busiest day for flowers however, I must say this is the worst arrangement I’ve ever gotten. To start, the note wasn’t written right. There were supposed to be chocolates, they were not included. The flowers were not in the best shape, wilted, dying and literally looked like they were just thrown into the vase! I give them maybe 2 days before most of them are dead. My husband isn’t one to complain but, I’m sure this wasn’t cheap and it makes me sad that he didn’t get what he paid for. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

Horrible!!I have both ordered flowers, and received flowers from this place.It would be too long to describe both INSANE transactions.But both were appalling.The flowers are cheap, and the service is absolutely insane.I strongly suggest finding another florist.If you don't believe me, read other reviews on yelp. And Better Business Bureau.I cannot believe this place is still in business.

We were placing a last minute flower order on February 13 and mistakenly decided to order through sendflowers.com who had released the order locally to A Bella Mia Flowers. The flowers were delivered promptly by A Bella Mia Flowers; however the arrangement was not what was described on the sendflowers.com website and was inadequate. After reaching Marie directly and explaining the situation, she immediately contacted one of her drivers and had them deliver additional flowers needed to fulfill a pretty arrangement, at 8:30PM in the evening. Marie was compassionate and it was encouraging to speak with a local business owner who cared about making sure our arrangement was fulfilled prior to Valentine's Day.

I'm so disappointed. My husband sent flowers to my work for the holiday. They arrived in a vase with dirty brown water and in really poor condition. They also weren't in an arrangement, they looked like they were bought at CVS and thrown in the vase. On the second day, I walked into my office to an awful smell and half of the flowers were dead. I reached out about the order and have not received a response. I understand that it is the busiest holiday, however, if a store can't accommodate the orders, they shouldn't accept them. I don't want to tell my husband and make him feel bad, but he deserves a refund.

This place does not even deserve one star. Had to click on it in order to leave the review. Just PLEASE, CHOOSE ANOTHER FLORIST! Oh good Lord. Just received a bouquet of flowers from dear friends, from this place. Simple bouquet, which is fine, but the day lilies are AWFUL. Wilted, browned and broken!! Since the card from the Florist reads "If we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know" I thought I would call to let them know. (I won't tell the folk who sent them because I know they would feel bad) The woman that answered the phone at Bella Mia did not even identify the FLorist. Just answered "hello" as if it were a home phone. OK. I could barely get my story out " I just thought you shoulk know... " "Yes, OK, we're having problems with our lilies" (THEN WHY ARE YOU SENDING THEM????) "Our designers must have overlooked,,," (HOW COULD THEY??) She kept interrupting me, quite gruffly, and as if she was doing me a favor. She said she would take care of it. When I asked how she would do that she said she would send out a new bouquet. I said, never mind on the bouquet, (which she then let into me about,)but maybe a discount or refund to the senders?. No, that wasn't happening. She was irritated that I would even suggest that. "I said I would make it right". When I said, no, I did not want another bouquet, she mentioned something about the owners. I said "Can I speak to them?" because at this point the conversation was just appalling. "No, they're away". I said, OK, I'll just leave the photos and a note on YELP. Oh my God! Did she let me have it after that!! LOL "Well, if that's all you have to do in a day go ahead, blah blah blah.... I don't know how you sleep at night!" And THEN I realized, I had done business with this place about 5 years ago! I had ordered little corsages as gifts, and when I went to pick them up, they were wrong. I was so disappointed because they were special gifts. There were no applicable substitutions so I just asked for a refund. You'd have thought I demanded their first born! I had to listen to the same vitriol back then. "How could you ask for a refund with all that is going on in the world! Don't you have anything better to do??" I calmly sat there until she sent a refund request to my bank. I think the employees, or "designers", were even embarressed. STAY AWAY from this place. Just a suggestion. I wish I could send photos from my phone but it will not download. But trust me, find somewhere else.
