David was prompt, professional, and extremely clean. He removed the mold from the ceiling , and cleaned out the entire area between the roof and the ceiling. He kept the entire area covered ensuring the debris was contained in the work area he set up. His pricing was extremely competitive when compared to the estimates I received from other companies in the area. He came back daily to take readings of the moisture, to ensure the air movers and dehumidifiers were doing their jobs. He left the rooms extremely tidy and made it a point not to drag the heavy equipment up and down my staircases, not wanting to ruin them. We worked with David Jimenez of 911 Restoration of Peabody when we had water damage in our basement. He provided great service, did extra things, kept me in the loop and was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone. He's a really nice guy.

911 Restoration of Boston is one of the worst companies to deal with. I was referred to them by Liberty Mutual for the estimate of work to repair a minor leak in my kitchen. Somehow, the bill comes to me for $3100 to cut a 4x3 foot hole in ceiling, the insurance company only paid $1700 and I was stuck with $1400. If 911 Restoration of Boston was upfront about the cost, I never would have agreed to the amount as they were here less than 2 hours to cut the small hole. I unfortunately signed the ok for them to do the estimate, thinking Liberty Mutual was covering the cost, but then they turned that ok to estimate the cost for the insurance company into a $3100 bill.... DO NOT USE this company...

911 Restoration's Project Manager David Pfistner is a true professional. He's pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, articulate. He gave him me a clear understanding of the steps necessary to dry and remove 2 ceilings. As a home owner I was horrified by this problem. But David's calm manner and obvious experience reassured me immediately. He has a very efficient, polite team working with him. He left my rooms in excellent shape as he headed out this afternoon. David at 911 Restoration was great. He was able to fit me in the schedule quickly and arrived right on time that day. After a review of the basement he presented me with a few options and answered all my questions. When he arrived the day of cleaning he and his team were polite and helpful. Blatant disregard for private property. Worked at the next door neighbors and used my driveway to load their van with bags of debris. Left my driveway a mess. Never bothered to clean up their mess. I guess they didn't realize my home security cameras recorded the whole thing!

Very professional company! my basement got flooded in one of my properties in Boston. I called 911 Restoration and their response was very fast, less than 30 minutes. The team was very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely keep them on my speed dial in case something happens in my other properties!
