We pay $300+ for our PO box & there was a package was being held in the back storage area. The person on the counter was busy handling a customer, I asked if anyone else could get the package & basically said I would have to wait. Another PO worker appeared, I asked her if she could help & was told her contract did not permit her to retrieve any packages!Extremely poor service & lousy attitude.

I went here with a family member and they didn’t take FedEx packages, although it states online that post offices take packages from FedEx. A similar thing happened when I needed to get papers, and that this place didn’t accept it, and when we went to another place they said this place was lazy.

Kept me waiting for twenty minutes and then she was completely RUDE, left there feeling like I completely let down humanity - tone of voice was totally uncalled for - such a simple experience ruined my entire day.

I rushed to get to the Norwell post office. I was there right at 4:30 on a Monday. The website said 5:00. I did have something that needed to be packaged but it wasnt large I just needed to purchase a small bubble wrap nailer and have it sent off. There was a person in line just a head of me. I start to ask her where the bubble mailers were and she points rudely to the area. She then asks me in a rude tone "well how long is this going to take " its almost 4:30! I said oh I'm sorry, your site says lobby 5:00. I dont know maybe I was in the wron . But still ahe was very rude about it!!Won't venture back there !

Unqualified person has been assigned to deliver mail. Terrible service

A person assigned to deliver mail is unqualified to accomplish such task. Mail has been delivered to wrong recipients on regular basis. In addition she/he keeps retrieving my packages, taking them to the post office and asking me to pay over $7!! What's wrong with you?!?!
