My wife and I recently purchased a home in Quincy and were lucky enough to work closely with Bob Melone & his team at Radius Financial.
I appreciated Bob's availability, his willingness to explain key concepts so that we could make a decision that would set us up to make a successful offer on a home that we would also be able to afford! It was great to have the chance to bounce ideas off Bob - we ultimately landed on a 2-1 buydown that will allow us to refinance within 3 years and enjoy reduced rates for the first 2 years of the loan. On advice from Bob & his team, we were able to negotiate a significant seller credit in order to reduce the amount we had to put down. Thanks Bob!

Wow!! The Bob Melone team is fantastic!! I haven't felt this taken care of since my grandmother made me egg sandwiches and chocolate chip cookies!! Trust Bob and their team they know how to deliver.

Bob and his team we're great in helping us figure out how to setup our mortgage and weighing our options. We had a tight deadline, but they were great in getting all the documents together in time which allowed us to get the house we wanted quickly! A pleasure to work with.

Bob and the entire Bob Melone Team have been wonderful to work with throughout our homebuying process! Even though we did not meet in person, the face to face interaction on calls as well as the through input from start to finish on buying a home, really made my husband and I feel very comfortable with the process. Bob Melone and his team at Radius Financial Group were great to work with in our home buying process. They were quick to respond by email or on phone.
