Bought a 1 lb 4oz package of organic chicken. The packaging weighed 4 oz. The chicken looked and smeller weird. Never again.

I go out of my way to shop elsewhere for my meat products because almost every single time I would buy from stop and shop, the meat is NOT fresh. Had to buy ground beef today (was in a rush and couldn't go elsewhere). Label said it was packaged today, and what a surprise.. brown in the middle and literally triggered my gag reflex when I smelled it... it's insane that it's been like this for so long... I've worked in restaurant kitchens for years and know spoiled meat when I smell it... back to Big Y I go... if anyone's looking for fresh meat and beef, Big Y is not too far of a drive..

Was a crew cheif for Stoppy for 12 years...The Bidemeister's war on gasoline has really screwed up the supply chain....and that started a domino effect...less employee input. Order by computer...contracts with CNS have hurt overall inventory....but executive decisions have given us all the screwjob

Life long customer.Nothing wrong with Norwell location or it's staff other than the decision to keep 2 registers open & force everyone to use self checkout which is an utterly obnoxious experience - machine treats you like a criminal -Going to Market Basket half mile away where every single register is open and staffed.Stop & shop corporate you just lost a life long customer and if I'm done you can bet there's thousands who feel the same way."Self checkout"- get bent.

Have no problem with the store.but I was finished shopping and went to the front desk the woman looked at me and just walked over and began ringing up a customer witch I was totally at the desk way before anyone came to her register!! Ya way to go great service.. and the woman had a huge order. I wouldnt complain but she seen me waiting Thanks

No changes really. Norwell store is nice and clean and well stocked. Still expensive but you can find some sale items. Hate all the digital coupon stuff. I think it is a way to get the offer s out there but I can't be bothered more apps and processes to get something that used to be much easier. Now they collect all your info when you use your card and "rewards" are harder to access or obtain.

Parking lot is very tight and some cars park very close to each other. But overall very nice store inside.
