Like many of the other reviews here, the staff in the showroom are rude and dismissive. The business owner should revamp and do an entire workshop on customer service etiquette with its sales associates. Some of these reviews are from years ago, and it amazes me that the same sentiments are being echoed today. From my personal experience working with S&J, the sales associate made me feel like I was an inconvenience each time I reached out with a question or request. This should never be the case especially when said customer is spending several thousand dollars. To say the least, I ended up going to Republic Supply in Pembroke, MA for the remainder of my plumbing needs and their sales team receives a 5/5 star rating...efficient, responsive, friendly, & helpful!!

Drove 45 min today to look at kohler fixtures to be told that no questions will be answered without an appointment. Was a very odd visit to this showroom really just had a couple quick very basic questions that could have been addressed I will shop elsewhere no thanks

Beautiful snow room but terrible service. Entered the show room and was promptly told we could not be helped. Expressed interest in ordering products and was told no questions would be answered and orders could be placed at the service desk. No appointment to come back was offered. Front desk staff member was not friendly and very rude when we said thank you and left the show room. Ended up taking our business elsewhere.

Snow and Jones are the best in the business! They have the best customer service. We worked with Patti- she took care of everything we needed for our bathroom renovations. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and knew how to problem solve. I also love following them on social media as they have excellent design taste and ideas for renovations. I would highly recommend this business!

We were funneled to S&J by our contractor. He said we would get a discount and told us the service was excellent.It's impossible to tell if we got a discount because nothing in the showroom is priced. We selected items for 2 full bathrooms and apparently received a discount when we received a priced estimate. The prices were still high, but we trusted them and our contractor. BIG MISTAKE!The service was terrible. The sales associate (Linda Deneill was rarely available and did not seem to know how to use her voice mail. She did not respond to phone messages, and needed to be prompted at least 3 times before we received a response to an email. She was also on vacation several times during our 9-month renovation and no-one else at the business was able to deal with her accounts. I don't begrudge anyone their vacations, but businesses should not allow accounts to drop while their employees are away. As a customer spending almost $50k I felt neglected and unimportant.The sliding shower door that we bought from them was expensive but very cheaply made. It rattles and shakes, but cannot be replaced because they will not stand by the products they sell

Our recent experience at Snow and Jones in Norwell has been nothing short of infuriating. We recently purcahsed an entire bathroom and even got a vanity at a discounted price because a customer had purchased and then returned it. It didn't have a box but was undamaged and we were pleased with the piece. We then went back to replace our hot water heater. Our plumber cut open the box and when he went to install it found it was the wrong model. We went back to Snow & Jones and they absolutely refused to take the $1700 water heater back saying the "margins" simply aren't there and suggested we sell it on Facebook Market Place. We offered to pay a restocking fee but were told they simply cant return something in a cut open box. We pointed out that we had purchased a vanity without a box and their return policy simply says, "at the managers discretion". Not sure what our margins will be for a $1700 hot water heater but it is now sitting in our garage. Keeping our business local has always been a priority but the next project will find us at Home Depot.

Like others I was sent to this business by our contractor and like others I had a bad experience. Maybe if I dressed like I was on the way to a formal dinner rather than in the middle of remodeling my house they'd treat me like a customer.

I didn’t even have to go into the store. Patti sent me pictures of what they had in stock, I called with my credit card and the next day I had my new faucet delivered! So happy with the process and product.

We gave this company a second chance at customer service based on the referral of our contractor. Sadly the same experience as our first go around - miserable. It's as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to order the very same products you could order online - through them at a premium. Our sales associate was uninterested and rude. Plenty of competition in the kitchen and bath industry. I'd advise anyone to look elsewhere.

I've always loved coming here. Great products and wonderful customer service. I checked the website and they close at noon on Saturday. I drove quite a ways and fought the traffic to get there by 1145. My shock, they were closed early!!!! Why didn't they put it on their website.Very disappointed.
