I called to buy a gift certificate for someone, and a woman said I’d have to come in person. I confirmed their hours both on the phone and on google maps, and then got a ride there. They closed early without notice. IMHO, that’s really inconsiderate and lacking integrity.

I can’t say enough. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now. My gel manicures last the longest here. Everyone does a great job. Attention to detail. They’re the best kept secret. So don’t tell anyone ?

First time visiting this nail salon. Good job done on a basic manicure and spa pedicure. Friendly staff. Clean. Wish they took Venmo for tips, but they do take credit cards for the service. Would go back.

Don't get a Dip! Had a pink and white dip that shattered like glass the next day. Made a trip back to get several nails re-done but instead they just tried to fix what was already on there and that didn't work. I left there at 6 PM and by the next morning it had peeled and cracked. I returned to get my nails fixed again and someone else did the repair but they used the same poor quality product which cracked again. They also filed too far in on my nail so that the nails ripped off from the sides below the quick. I finally managed to find the time Less than a week later to go back. I requested a full do-over with a different product because what they used for the pink and white dip was not real dip powder. I have been getting dip nails for the last four years elsewhere, and NEVER had anything like this happen. I've tried every kind of product from acrylic to gel and gel powder for the last 20 years and I know I can count on dip powder to last 3 weeks and be hard as nails when it's done right. I work full-time and it's a major inconvenience for me to be traveling back-and-forth unnecessarily to get my nails repaired several times. They gave me a very hard time about a do-over. They wanted me to pay full price. After asking them to explain to the owner on the phone and a lot of haggling back-and-forth we finally settled on 50% off. That was still $25. I tipped the tech despite my unpleasant experience because she had not done my nails before. It was not her fault. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that my nails would be OK this time. However, she filed my nails too narrow on the sides and a couple nails broke off below the quick and the dip shells came right off completely. The atmosphere is negative, and they hate to run the AC. I was there in early May and the place was so hot that customers were sweating. Nobody greets you or wants to speak English to you either.

Called and was able to get a last minute appointment within an hour. The pedicure was very relaxing, the massage chair was so comfortable. They used hot stones and lots of moisturizers on my feet and legs, as well as a very pleasant smelling citrus scrub. Definitely one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. And the lady complimented my skin several times, she was so nice. My acrylics were done by a man who did a very good job, they turned out beautiful!

I'm an older person with knee and leg issues. Ever time I come here they treat me with such concern and respect. I've been to other nail salons and none are as great as great. Thank You Pro Nails

I had the worst Acrylic nail job I have ever had done at Pro Nails. When I went back the next day and showed them how 4 nail had already fallen off they refused to honor their work. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!
