Tracy was great. Initially dealt with the owner and the sales manager, but upon delivery, after waiting 6 months for my 2025 Taycan, Tracy taught me how to operate all the controls. She was patient and couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. She followed up with me the next day and returned all of my calls promptly. I highly recommend her!

Once again, Tracy at Porsche Norwell exceeds expectations and guides me through another phase of the fantastic experience of purchasing and owning my Cayenne S Coupe.
You were absolutely right suggesting the Ceramic Coating finish, (it looks fabulous) as well as the other options that make my Cayenne S perfect.

Bought a used Lexus GX 460 at Porsche Norwell this past weekend. It was a wonderful experience. All of the team members were super nice and friendly. Our sales person, Ameir Almosawi was knowledge and friendly and made the whole experience friendly and enjoyable. The car was exactly as described, and the business was handled professionally from beginning to end. I definitely recommend this place and ask for Amier!

Rachel Burns from service saved my day, I called the dealer when I had a mechanical emergency Shane I was driving close by, to the make the story short, stopped in and had to leave the car there till they order parts and my car was ready the following day ..

Just purchased my first Porsche from Porsche Norwell and couldn’t be happier with the experience! I drove past three Porsche dealers to get to this one based on positive google reviews and it was definitely the right decision. Ameir helped me find the exact trim that I wanted even though it wasn’t listed online. I was able to drive it home in less than one week. Ameir also helped with the admin related to registration (while switching from NY to MA) and insurance so that I barely had to do anything. I got a very fair price and the car is amazing. Make sure you go to this location and ask for Ameir!

I came here from out of state to buy a used Audi S6 and had a great experience. Pricing was fair and the salesman Ameir was very helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was in the best condition it could be and ready when I needed it. In person the car was immaculate and exactly as it was described. Also, without having to ask, I was told I would be reimbursed for replacing the windshield which was chipped in transport and unable to be fixed before I arrived. I was impressed with their honesty on issues which other dealers would try to hide. Highly recommended.

We just had a great experience with Tracy Merhej buying a car for my mother. Tracy was incredibly warm, welcoming, and sensitive to the needs of a senior driver, ensuring she was comfortable throughout the process. It's also worth noting that this was a used car (not a Porsche), and we were given the same red carpet treatment as everyone else at the dealership that day. Can't recommend Tracy and Porsche Norwell enough!

I’ve purchased 2 Porsches previously from this dealership. Both were excellent experiences. 3 weeks ago, while visiting my brother in law’s family, we decided to kill some time and head over to Porsche Norwell. While I had been contemplating trading in my 911, I wasn’t sold on the idea yet. Long story short, after meeting Max (Sales Mgr) and Tracy (sales), I was shown a beautiful ‘24 Cayenne S with only 1000 miles on it and decided it was perfect for my needs. Tough to let the 911 go but this Cayenne S had everything I could want. A deal was struck in literally no time with just a little back and forth over the phone a couple days later. We worked out financing and the vehicle was picked up the next Saturday. Can’t say enough good things about dealing with Max on the deal.
Same for Tracy who was incredibly helpful with showing me the ins and outs of the vehicle, making all the necessary arrangements for pickup and follow up services and overall great communication. My 3rd purchase here could not have been more smooth. Kudos to David in Finance and James in parts also.
