Dr. Sullivan was attentive, thorough and informative about my dogs health. She explained everything to me, and has my dogs best interest in mind. She treated him as if he were her own.

First experience at a Vet and it went great. Everyone there was so welcoming and kind. The location was very clean and inviting. I saw Dr. KC Horigan and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and put me at ease with our new puppy. I would recommend this facility!

I cannot recommend NVH enough…They are the most caring people…I was recommended by a friend. I have 2 newly adopted cats who needed some urgent care. There were fully booked, but called me back and made room for both of them. Everyone there is so caring and attentive to every issue. We were not rushed through. Our Vet Asst. Amanda took their time to go over every concern we had as well as go over every instruction the Dr. had given us.
We had such an amazing experience….I highly recommend them

Dr.Mo and emily were amazing when my gerbil nick needed to have his teeth looked at and were extremely kind and compassionate with both of us when I sadly had to put him to sleep. In my area its very hard to find exotic vets with availability. I thank my lucky stars for this place and Dr.Mo! All the staff is so caring, compassionate and empathetic. Thank you to Dr.Mo and Emily! It can be so tough to find places for our exotic furry friends but we need it we love our pets just as much as anyone else!

I Called To Get My 2 Dogs Nails Cut,The lady On The Phone Was Extremely Rude, We Have Been Customers There For 2 Years,She Had The Nerve To Ask Me If I Was Taking My Dogs Sonewhere Else For Their Health,Of Course We Weren't,She Said The Dogs Need A Shot And The Need A Physical Before They Can Cut Their Nails,What A Scam,Money Hogs

Dr. Sutcliffe has helped me navigate serious medical issues with my Golden Retriever and now with my senior cat who also faces significant medical challenges and she is absolutely amazing. Norwell Vet is a great provider. Everyone there was kind and focused on my dogs needs. They have a large enough staff and they can get you out effortlessly. I have been brining my pets there for over 20 years without hesitation.

I love how the facility is separated so that cats have a space and dogs have a space. Dr. Sullivan is WONDERFUL and I trust her. In the past I have felt that other animal medical centers only see dollar signs and could care less about your pet. I don’t feel that at all at this facility. The only two things that could be improved on was that we waited inside the room for a bit and with a cat, who’s petrified, that’s not an easy feat. Also, it is so incredibly expensive. I don’t know why it’s so expensive maybe it’s costly for you so those charges are passed downs to the client but it’s a shame that I have to choose which treatment I can afford for my cat instead of having all his ailments treated. I would love to be able to bring him in for wellness checks and whatnot but I just can’t afford it.

I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Dr. Sullivan is our primary vet, but several of the other vets have seen them and they get the same love and care. We are treated like family when we are there. Dr. Sullivan saw my last cat through a very long difficult kidney disease. I'll never forget her love and compassion to Miss Bibbs and me.
