When I joined MSC I instantly felt like I was being heard. As a massage therapist, my body takes a beating. Each coach on Tina’s team really makes the effort to get to know you, and your program. So that you’re seeing the results you are looking for. The programs are amazing and have really brought me to a place where I can still continue to work pain free! ? MSC is like a cute kitten with a Metallica attitude.

I've been a member of MSC for nearly 6 months now, and I've never felt stronger, happier, and healthier. After having my first child, I was looking for support on regaining strength in my core. Not only have I achieved that goal, but I feel stronger than I ever have. The small group classes ensure you get individual attention from coaches, but also that you are motivated by those around you. The coaches are so encouraging, the community is so welcoming, and the results are real. I highly recommend this place. I would certainly be a lifetime member if I wasn't moving out of the area.

This gym is unlike any I have ever joined! Your program is customized to your goals/needs, classes are small so there is a lot of personal attention. All the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable about form and focus on keeping you safe. Since starting, I have had less shoulder pain from a previous injury, have seen my strength improve dramatically, and I'm having a BLAST! Everyone that works there and all the members are really fun to be around. It's a great community for all ages, all fitness levels, and people at all stages of their fitness journey. HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve been a member at MSC for nearly 3 months, and I highly recommend it. The small group training sessions are tailored to each individual’s fitness and life goals, focusing on functional movements, strength, and flexibility. The variety of exercises keeps things exciting, and the coaches provide fantastic encouragement. They dynamically adjust your program for added challenges, ensuring consistent progress. The personalized attention and their awareness of my progress means that I’m guided towards meaningful progress in the most efficient manner. This place truly special and I think you should come experience it for yourself

I love this place! I’ve been to lots of gyms in my life and I’ve never found anything quite like MSC before! Individualized programming, amazing coaches, and a gym culture you don’t find many places. Some of my closest friends are my gym buddies! Not only that but I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, and looking forward to continued gains!

MSC’s special sauce is its coaches. Every coach I’ve worked with brought great positive energy and gave me helpful feedback on my form. Meg and Tina are amazing and show deep care and attention to their members. I used to powerlift before the pandemic and was looking for a program that would help me get back into strength building without the rigidity of a traditional powerlifting routine. For those who did something similar, you’ll know that these types of workouts take a long time to do and I’ll spend closer to 1.5-2 hours in the gym. I love that I can get an effective strength and endurance workout in just an hour and I can go about my day!

MSC is on of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. As a person who is older and hadn’t worked out in awhile I was a bit apprehensive. After sitting with Tina and Meg I was convinced this was the gym for me. Meg catered a program to fit my conditioning and strength. Add in the nutritional guidance, great vibes, knowledge staff and 8 months later I’m a different person. Stronger, Healthier, and Happier

Just want to give a shout out to MSC! I joined at the beginning of April and have really enjoyed the classes there! The instructors are very encouraging and make sure you are doing exercises correctly which i have always struggled with especially now that I’m older and have to deal with a lot of aches and pains ? can’t wait to get stronger with MSC

I’ve tried a lot of different types of gyms and fitness programs over the years, including private training and CrossFit. MSC’s approach is by far the best I’ve found. With such small group classes and workouts tailored to everyone’s varied goals and abilities, we get the individualized attention and coaching required to achieve success with program cycles that change every 6 weeks, facilitating progressive strength building while improving mobility and flexibility. The environment is so positive and encouraging. I’m so happy to have found MSC and its incredible coaches. It’s just the best all around!

I started at MSC in the fall. As a former personal trainer I was looking for a place that I could trust my fitness goals to. I needed to be challenged and yet not pushed carelessly beyond my abilities. MSC met the challenge with personalized small group training focusing on my individual goals and never a hesitation to gentle correct my form so I would remain injury free. It is a fun place to workout with great sessions and equally great trainers. If you’re reading this you are considering. I say do it for your present and future self!

Met the MSC team through VSB run club and knew immediately this was the gym for me! Every coach had a great vibe and was passionate about what they do! I wanted to get back in shape, so Tina set me up for 1 on 1 private training with Meg. It’s been 8 months of consistent workouts and I feel better and stronger than ever! Meg is an amazing coach and human! She’s worked closely with me on nutrition, conditioning, lifting heavy and exercise techniques to avoid injury and get the best results. I love how Meg creates a program that caters to each individual at the gym that changes every few weeks to push you to be your best. I've learned so much on ways to target different muscle groups and advance in multiple exercises. Meg is very knowledgeable about all things fitness and is extremely motivational! She is passionate about her craft and goes the extra mile to support her clients. 12/10 would highly recommend training with Meg and joining the amazing MSC Family!

Tina, the owner, is very energetic and will work with you to figure out what type of program schedule can work with your work schedule. The community there is inviting and helpful. I have been going now for about 3 weeks, and I joined now officially because I can see how much my energy and strength will improve. All the coaches I've interacted with, thus far, have been very helpful in guiding me into the best form and encouraging me along with all the exercises. I'm totally new to this type of strength and conditioning routine, and they've helped me feel welcomed. I'm very glad I reached back to one of Tina's texts to give it a try.

MSC is a special place in our community. I’ve never done workouts like this before, I came in with zero clue how to do anything there, and after a month I feel confident and empowered. I’m so proud of myself for taking this step. I have tons of support from Owner Tina, Coach Alicia, as well as the other members. The vibe is fun, a woman is running the ship, and there is a big equality flag proudly displayed. After 37 years of avoiding the gym, I’ve finally found my place.

I’ve never felt stronger than the times I have been super on track with my MSC workouts. As a former fitness professional myself I’m picky about my gyms. These trainers are incredibly well educated and prepared. They are also kind and welcoming. The vibe at MSC is fun, it’s just a great place to be. I’ve been with MSC for 5 years now and I trust them implicitly with my workouts. Time well spent!

A great, welcoming group of people with knowledgable coaches and always fun events on the schedule! With small group training, you follow your own program based on your own ability and goals - this more customized approach has been huge for me. For the first time in my life this morning I was able to do sets of full pushups, all thanks to this fantastic coaching crew! As a physical therapist I do quite a bit of exercise programming myself, and it's been so fun learning different ways to move my own body and also get new ideas for my patients.
