“I purchased a sport coat from here online and a suit in the store. It is a wonderful place to shop for men's clothing. Very good selection of popular and traditional styles. The sport coat or recently purchased was at a great price and delivered within a couple weeks. Many items can be purchased online and picked up at the local store, check with the store location online or call for in-store pickup. Suit measures and tailoring can only be done in the stores. I look forward to wearing my sport coat.”
“Recently had a horrible experience with an exchange/return, but the general manager Rosalyn took time to help me get it sorted. I called the corporate number 16 times to try to get the situation resolved, and they were completely inept (until the last person I spoke to who realized the original manager who did the exchange rang in the wrong item).
Shout out to Rosalyn for being kind and generous and taking time to rectify the situation. I was on the verge of never shopping there again, but she saved a loyal customer. She deserves a raise and a promotion for her customer service skills!”
“I came to this Old Navy location on a Monday morning with my three year old. I felt compelled to write a review because I couldn't believe how nice all of the employees were!! First, I called to make sure they were open, and the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Then, in the store, we had the same experience with all of the other employees we encountered! Such a difference from experiences in most stores these days. Oh, and also, the store was immaculate and there was a huge selection.”

“This Macy's is a bit smaller than the other Macy's locations that I'm used to but still I can usually find most of what I am looking for here. I've bought very good quality clothing here, especially nightwear and sweaters. Their cosmetics and fragrances department is really nice and there are always plenty of salespeople behind the counters to help you out if you want to try on a product. I've bought several items from this department and have never been disappointed with what I've bought. One of the last times I was here someone from management helped me out with a gift card that I was having trouble using. So the customer service here is great and I can always count on leaving the store happy. They always have their departments attractively set up. And the prices on the merchandise and displays are always very clear. This location is definitely worth visiting.”
