After dealing with online quotes I figured why not give a local agent a shot hopefully they have more options and are more helpful. Apparently it seems that the local agent either has too much business or just picks and choses who they respond to. Called the norwell office and i end up with the " sorry its a long weekend no one is here" . how about you take my info and have someone get back to me? ok .. so i call again and i end up with someone in the dartmouth office (didnt know they had one till i got the quote). quote was quite high. so i emailed to see they have any other options (only reason i thought agents were useful... the ability to look at multiple insurances not just one) , no reply no answer after a week. long story short stick with online quotes and go by price since local agents ( i live in norwell) dont have any added benefits. amusingly the guy did ask if i wanted to include home and other items i had and im like lets see how the cars works out first lol guess not. This reveiw is for those that question like i did about a local agent vs online. online =1 , local agent = 0

Julie has been an absolute God send! She called when the last thing on my mind was renewing my car insurance and she helped me immensely. Julie thoroughly explained everything I didn’t understand or had questions on and went over the entire policy and even get me a cheaper quote. I very much look forward to working with her again in the future!

A giant tree came though the kitchen ceiling only moments after my mom had gone downstairs to close the windows. Microburst! It’s not even noon and the crane is pulling the tree out now, and my mom has a place to stay while they rebuild. Agents at Gordon Atlantic have brought normalcy and a plan to incredible and unforeseeable storm damage. This is why you have an agency like Gordon Atlantic in your corner.

Julie has been most helpful with a number of questions. She assisted us with the transfer of some family license plates that went very smoothly and no visit to the registry! You never want to use your insurance but GA seems to have positioned us well.

Highly recommend GAI. Our account manager Julie Osborne responds quickly and communicates well dealing with issues. Most recently, my sone was in a car accident. Its nice to know that the insurance side of things is managed well and you don't have to worry about things slipping through the cracks, especially during COVID with people working remotely, etc.. Thank you Julie and Gordon Atlantic Insurance!

I called Melinda Ranous about reducing the insurance rate on 3 of my collectable cars. She said she would try two other companies that specialize in antiques and collectable cars. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with. I've been dealing with Gordon Insurance for many years and have always enjoyed their helpful attitude.

It's probably been a number of years since the insurance industry as a whole was voted Most Beloved Professional Service in an Advanced Society. The truth is negative stereotypes sometimes exist for good reason (ahem, systemic consumer abuse typical of private healthcare)...FORTUNATELY, I was lucky enough to discover an insurance company that systematically defied all things negative. These guys are not just consummate professionals but HONEST, CARING PEOPLE who as a team developed an insurance plan uniquely specific to my needs. My primary broker and now friend was direct, flexible, attentive and treated me with compassion and patience. We used text, email, phone chat and FaceTime on days, evenings and weekends to implement extensive and shockingly affordable coverage. In a world as progressively scary as ours I am truly grateful for the grace and professionalism exhibited by Gordon Atlantic.

I just spoke with Julie a couple of times today who was meticulous about reviewing the coverage for my auto policy, finding ways for me to save tons of money and increasing my coverage at the same time.
