Saturday hours till 12:00…weekday hours 9-4? Why is this bank’s hours so useless to working people? Useless.

I don't have an issue with this location however I have litterally never experienced worse customer service than the citizens bank credit card customer service. If you are considering using citizens bank as a credit card company I would recommend litterally anything else.
