What is the point of having a lounge area that is closed when the business is open? So disappointing. Either be a lounge or don’t. Closed on a Saturday afternoon is crazy. This should be more clearly stated under the ‘lounge’ tab on the website.

what's going on the store is currently closed no note no sign saying why there closed ? been about 2 weeks now support your local business how can you when the owner thinks there doing great this store sucks the web site lies the time it's open is wrong they know more than the customers they change there hours of operation but yet there closed

Reason for 2 stars is their website says come in and enjoy a cigar in our lounge. When I got there the lounge was closed. So to find that the lounge was closed was couple of clicks deep so it is there, but when you see right on the landing page come in and enjoy a cigar in our lounge and you waste time driving there it's frustrating when all that's needed is to change it to we have a lounge but it's currently closed.Response to owner: The other place I called in Canton has the same name. I looked it up on Yelp so I'm sure you can imagine why I thought this was the place I called. When I called back just after visiting your store today they were closed. On your website it says you have locations in Norwell, Falmouth and Hyannis so the place in Canton isn't affiliated with you but shows up with your name. You should check that out it might be just a mistake yelp made. In any event I wouldn't have made the trip in the first place if on your home page it said the lounge was closed easy change to make which is the point I'm trying to make in the first place.

I just discovered that C.B. Perkins was so close to my office and was very excited. I have been in twice. The man that I spoke to on the phone was helpful as I was looking for a box of LIGA PRIVADA ÚNICO SERIE L-40! He later called me back (using caller id, I never left my #). He was great and then I picked up the cigars and had a pleasant exchange with Sam. Then, Sam helped me fill all of my lighters (always a pain). Great shop, I will be back!

Been there twice but never open during stated business hours. No one answers the phone (probably because no one is there??!). Maybe they should update the listing to correctly reflect their status. Just saying....

I hate to leave this review because the employees are so nice, but my husband has purchased cigars twice from there that fell apart while smoking. He stopped going for a few months after they told him they won’t refund he has to contact the cigar company. He just went back after a long break and what happened before he even started smoking it? Wrapper came apart. They are selling it, they should refund it and fight with the cigar company. I doubt it’s the cigar companies fault what are the chances of three bad cigars. It’s either the way they are storing them or where they are purchasing the cigars from.

First time at this location. My sister had bought me some cigars there for my birthday a couple of months ago. Tried to find the brand she bought me everywhere. This was the only location that had them . Great variety and price point. Sam who was working at the time was very knowledgeable about all the products and provided outstanding customer service. This will be my go to spot in the future.
