I've been here twice now, the attendant is always kind.
One side of my car never quite gets clean as the way. If I'm going to pay $30 I expect my car to be clean.

Attendant/Manager/Owner not sure who he was but he was rude and condescending. I reported an issue with the vacuum not shutting off and he said press the button. I had pressed the button, repeatedly. I understand that stuff happens, that's life. It was his rudeness that was off-putting and the snarky bye bye. I stopped vacuuming at 5 minutes and 26 seconds. I can't imagine what the charge was as 3 minutes passed while I was trying to shut it off.

My go to car wash, but every once in a while it doesn’t do a good wash for some reason. Today was one of those days. The washer stopped near the end and i had to get out of the wash by putting my car in gear. When I hot outside I could see very little of my car was dried off. This is the same every time. You need to dry and wipe down the entire car to get it dry. If you don’t and drive away your car will have water spots everywhere when you get to your destination. Also after drying the car by myself I noticed a film on my windows, they were dirtier than they were before I went into the wash. So I had to go home and wash all my windows again. Also they are doing away with their weekly specials after April. They are going to a system, that if you want a deal you have to lay out a lot of money and then you get unlimited washes for a month. That may not be a bad deal but I don’t want to spend $40 or so every month to get a “deal”. The only other deal they kept was the buy 2 regular washes for $15 instead of paying $10. A regular wash is all you need, if you pay more for any of their other special washes like undercarriage, wax, etc. you’re wasting your money. UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!
They have done away with the buy 2 get a deal package. So now you are basically forced into signing up for the monthly plan. Why would I pay $15 for a basic wash when now I can get 2.5 washes for the cost of the monthly plan. With all the pollen i took a gamble and will see if I like it. Good part is it is for 4 weeks from the day you sign up, so that should take me through Pollen season. After that I may cancel which doesn’t seem to be a hassle. I’ll probably use it during the winter and then again during Pollen season but not sure I’ll keep it up all year long. Still feel like I’m being forced into this. This is no longer a customer friendly car wash. The deals they used to have couldn’t be beat.
Update: More problems: Younger big guy at the entrance is now trying to oversell. I recently said regular wash and as he walked away with my card he said “Super”. I yelled “No, regular “. Had I not listened he would have sold me a more expensive wash than I wanted. “Pay Attention & Listen”. Also the last 2 washes there has been almost zero drying by their dryers. You have to towel dry(with dirty towels) the entire car. The glass cleaner doesn’t do a very good job of cleaning glass either.

Was a great car wash until an incident happened. I was going though the Carwash when the person in front of me decided to stop at the end of the carwash and not move. The car wash was still propelling me forward. Scared and not knowing what to do, I stepped on my brakes, layed on my horn and repeatedly flashed my highbeams with no success. I then start screaming, hoping someone would hear me. Again, no luck.I then, not knowing what to do, I opened my door to see if I can get anyone’s attention. When I did so, my door was ripped from my hand by the wind and it smacked a metal pole (not knowing at the time it dented my door).Only then did the carwash attendant come running out and yelled at the car in front.Upon exit of the wash, the guys excuse was that he “couldn’t get the car in gear”. Fine it happens but upon further examination of my car I saw a minor dent in my door. The carwash attendant took my information and told me the manager Paul Folsom would call me the next day to talk about the incident.Upon Paul calling me, he was defensive immediately in the beginning of the call and told me that the car wash takes absolutely no responsibility for this incident, and that I would need to go through the other guys insurance. How on earth am I going to go though someone else’s insurance when i NEVER HIT HIM. it was the CAR WASHES FAULT for not noticing in time. Paul made ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT to even apologize or attempt to deescalate the situation. In fact when I called back to receive confirmation of the cancellation of my washes, he raised his voice at me, and told me I was “ badgering” him.Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. I’ve been paying for the monthly works car washes that are $65 a month for over a year but no longer.
