A 5-Star Experience from Start to Finish!
My recent car purchase at Audi Norwell was an absolute pleasure, thanks to the incredible help and professionalism of Sarah M. Like many, my family and I were in desperate need of a vehicle, and after spending five exhausting days visiting multiple dealerships, we were less than thrilled to step into yet another one. However, our experience at Audi Norwell completely turned our expectations around.
From the moment we arrived, Sarah greeted us with kindness and patience, qualities that immediately set this dealership apart. She took the time to understand our needs and worked diligently to find the right car and deal for us. Sarah's dedication and willingness to help were truly the reasons we made our purchase that day. She made what can often be a draining process feel effortless.
The team at Audi Norwell made the financing process seamless, offering us a great rate through Audi, and ensuring that we drove away in the car we wanted. I can't express enough how much we appreciated the level of service we received.
If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Audi Norwell and especially Sarah M. This was a 5-star experience from top to bottom, and I only regret not being able to complete the survey on time to reflect just how wonderful our experience was.

We recently purchased a Q7 from Audi Norwell and could not be more pleased with our experience. A few years ago we had worked with Su Dong in leasing a Q7 and chose to work with her again this time around. She is professional, kind and hard working. From the first phone call Su Dong listened to my request and had a white 2024 Q5 sport back to test drive .She went around the lots to show me some of the new cars and found me a 2024 SLine with summer of Audi package. This car checked all the boxes with equipment that I wanted. I went home for the weekend and thought about it debating about which color white to get. Su sent me a video comparing the 2 colors. She also rearranged her schedule for me when it came time to pick up the car. She was very professional and reviewed all the features of the car. She wanted me to feel relaxed and knowledgeable about the updated features of this car as compared to my 2019 Q5.
Su also impressed me when she washed my license plates off before putting them on the new car. Su was a joy to work with and made this a such a pleasant experience.

I wanted to share my experience with Audi of Norwell.
They are AMAZING when buying a car. After a year, you are on your OWN.
Please read this before buying a.. *(used vehicle here)*.
After one year my driver seat is discoloring badly and its clear a repair attempt had been made in the past by this dealer. (Which I have proof of).
I am very careful and no one drives the car but me.
Rather than own up and say you know what, we patched your seat before sale, Let us repair this for a couple hundred dollars at a local upholstery shop, they are just going to see what Audi says. I'm sure any warranty work will be denied by Audi.
Classic dealership. Only cares about initial sales and specifically the maintenance department where they make an absolute KILLING off anyone who gets anything other than an oil change.
You are better off dealing with Audi North America directly for warranty issues.
I once asked for touch up paint so I could take care of some stone chips when I first bought the car, and they had the nerve to tell me that Audi paint "cant be touched up".
Getting a spare keyfob was like pulling teeth.
There have been far too many strange comments from this place .. especially when you are buying a high end vehicle.
Save your time and money. Go to Audi of Westwood or a good independent mechanic. There is a great one in Holbrook. Half the cost.

After a 20 year partnership with the same vehicle a change was made, somewhat reluctantly. Fortunately for me I worked with Su Dong who made the transition so smooth. I was comfortable from the onset with Sue, frequently asking for repetition of information which she patiently answered. So happy am I that I followed a relative’s recommendation to work with her.

My husband and I were recently at Audi in Norwell to purchase an Audi Q3. We had a very good experience with Su Dong, our Audi Specialist, and Katlin McKenna, financial manager, Lou, the sales manager. They were all very helpful in explaining all the details related to the car and special warranties. We would recommend Audi of Norwell to anyone looking to purchase a new Audi.
