I needed to have a pretty bad bend removed from my rim. Scott was able to schedule me in at a reasonable time frame just after a major holiday so that he could do the repair while I waited so that I wouldn't be stuck with a donut for a prolonged period of time. I'm very pleased with the work and Scott was very friendly. I highly recommend him and his shop for this type of work.
