Have to say, this is one of the better Walgreens around me. Staff is always friendly and the store is nice and organized, never any trouble finding what I need.

This Walgreens had recently went through a lot of positive changes between store management and pharmacy staff. Customer service is always helpful and willing to assist. The store is kept very clean and have found no issues in wait times.

Used to have quick refills of prescriptions. I have now been trying to reach the pharmacy for over a week and no one answers. I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes when someone picked up and disconnected the call.

This pharmacy is the most poorly run establishment I've ever experienced in 41 years. My primary Dr. web ordered 4 scripts for me around noontime yesterday (Sep,23rd) Typically 9 out 10 times their done by the time I get back into town (from walpole).I also would receive text alerts, well not this time so I decided to give it some time and went much later in the day around 7:30. I was informed they still were not done and that it would only take 30 mins if I wanted to wait. I declined the 30 min wait because I had take out food and people waiting on me. so the pharmacist assurd me they would be ready tomorrow morning I said ok and left. so today I was busy helping a friend most of the day. I called at 3:15 to be sure what happened yesterday wasn't repeated...they still haven't touched em. I find this completely unacceptable and filed a complaint with the corporate office so this doesn't happen to someone else!! Avoid this pharmacy if possible as I will have my scrips now transfered across the street to CVS. I can see the mistake happening once but twice back to back!? I mean over 24 hours to fill a few pill bottles is a total joke thank god it wasn't insulin or something life threatening!

The people in the pharmacy are nice, but it’s been a brutal experience. EVERYTHING is delayed, so on the app after your initial ETA flies by, it just says delayed’ so you have no clue as to when to go pick up. It’s fine if you’re short handed and things are delayed, just tell me when to come in! You call and sit on hold forever just to get a time, when the app should do that for you. I’m sure all of us calling for updates isn’t helping the team work through all their orders. Im just going to switch back to CVS, it’s never this backed up there.

I used to love Walgreens in Norton I've been going to the pharmacy for years but now your Pharmacy is nothing but a disappointment there's a lot of people that rely on your Pharmacy to get there medication and you're constantly closing at 2:00 at 5:00 it's unacceptable if I was anybody don't go to Walgreens go to CVS cuz at least their pharmacy doesn't constantly close early!!!!!

I’ve been put on hold for 30 mins. It’s Norton. There aren’t many people visiting. Usually fine in store, but expect them to call 20 times a day and when you try to call back never be able to reach them.Back with another really fun update about Walgreens. I couldn’t get my medication after waiting for 30 minutes for the pharmacist to legit sign off on it, so now I get to go through withdrawals. Thanks Walgreens ♥️

Just took a Covid 19 test at the Norton Walgreens. Entire process could not have been easier. You need to make an appt onlineand go to the drive-thru window. The kind Walgreens staff member answered all of my questions and gave me great directions. Very easy. Really appreciated.

Scheduled a COVID-19 booster weeks ago, completed all required forms and received two confirmation emails. The pharmacy called me an hour before the appointment to tell me they were cancelling and refused to offer another appointment or to look for availability at another store. Now I am scrambling to find a booster dose before the holidays.

I had a COVID booster shot scheduled this past weekend, several weeks in advance. I received confirmation emails, including one the night prior to my appointment, stating I was still scheduled for my booster and that I should arrive 15 minutes ahead of the appointment to check in. About an hour before my scheduled appointment, I received a phone call from the pharmacy stating that there was nobody available to administer my booster and that I needed to reschedule. When I asked for the next available time slot, they told me it was "out of their hands" and that I needed to go online to their website and look for myself. An extremely unpleasant experience.
