Sadly they received a poor image of the address they needed. can you imagine such a scenario? In a desperate move they came to this location to help print out a legible document. Mom told me they were the most amazing people who gave it their best shot. These folks were patient with my family who are seriously technically uninformed. Thankfully it was a happy ending. Whatever magic that needed to happen worked and my grandmother was approved the help she desperately needed. Thank you so much. My mom told me the whole saga this morning. “On Monday, 11/27/2023, I arrived at FedEx Office before closing (7:00 pm), but I missed the last pickup time (5:00 pm). I really wanted to get my package to its destination by the next day. The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday. “I am in your store quite often and I have to say your staff has it all together. Everyone I have encountered is helpful and nice which is hard to find on a consistent basis at most public establishments! I want to give a shout out to Ruby she is sooooo kind and helpful. I went in today and Ruby was so cheerful and helped we with 4 returns I had including three that needed packaging. In the process of reaching in my bag of returns I cut my finger on my packing tape roll and she even gave me a bandaid! Her customer service is outstanding and all with a smile. Thank you!”
