I am in the process of moving and chose Norton Self Storage due to location. I am so glad I did! I had to put a few things in storage urgently and had to return the U-Haul the same day. Fortunately, Phil and Joanne came to the rescue. They came to the office after hours to help check me in. They helped me assess which unit worked best for my needs. More importantly, when they realized I had a few big things to move on my own, they immediately offered to help. Phil and Joanne helped me move my 250 lbs mattress in addition to a number of boxes. It wasn’t that they were providing great customer service, they genuinely care. I highly recommend this company for any of your storage needs.

Great Place I have used their storage facilities multiple times the customer service has always been exceptional. My only complaint is that I wish their hours were extended to 10pm instead of 9pm but I assume its because its in a residential area.

Norton Storage is very clean..the facility is great the Gentleman at the desk there is very friendly and helpful and the prices are very compatible and reasonable...if you need storage and are close by or even a couple towns away...THIS is the place to store you belongings....long term or temporary they can accommodate your needs...

Everyone I have ever met here has been super friendly. The unit I got here is larger than I had elsewhere for less money. Plus better climate control.
